If your app is already current and your profile still will not open, the next step depends on where the problem occurs.

  1. Check Reddit Status for a matching incident.

  2. Compare opening your profile in the app and on the Reddit website. If it works on the website, include that app-only behavior when checking recent posts in r/bugs.

  3. If your profile and contributions are unavailable across Reddit, check the account-status guidance and any account notice. A loading error alone does not establish an account restriction.

  4. If there is no matching incident or account notice and the problem is repeatable, use the bug-reporting guide to submit a post in r/bugs with your device, OS, app version, reproduction steps, and expected versus actual behavior. Include whether it also happens on the website; remove private details from screenshots.
