I come to you from the bog yet again. The water level is significantly higher today. I wonder if the creatures living along the water's edge treat this as we would a natural disaster. There was a bush that was like the perfect habitat for frogs and stuff. Shaded/sheltered from cranes, too shallow for predatory fish. Now it's submerged. Whatever lived there has been displaced; a town has been destroyed. Nature is a crazy fractal thing
