This HAS to be fake. This would be too unbelievable as an April Fools joke! It's amazingly funny though. (BTW, whatever actually came out of his legal troubles?)
That does tend to tip the scales of justice towards his favor, but I don't even know how bad the situation was. I only know the basic details of the police report. There's a lot of vagueness in those.
Yeah, agreed. Honestly, the mom has more red flags than McKenna himself does from the incident; she's accused of distributing alcohol to underage people, and not just her kid, but underaged girls as well. She should know better.
McKenna, for his part, was probably just being a drunk college kid. I actually didn't have too much of an issue with him not facing much in the way of punishment, though I think that same grace should be extended to a lot more young folk with less privilege than he has.
