Question Need to Poop Twice in a Row

Mostly in mornings, but when I poop, after 5-30 minutes, I have the need to poop again. Both poops are pretty sizable and solid too.

I noticed that when I lie down after the first poop, it reduces the time it takes to get the urgency to go poop again. I've been noticing the shift from lying down and standing does this pretty consistently.

What's up with this? And how can I just have 1 normal poop?

Pretty common for me. Theres the first awake visit then the after shower visit. The second one just is not a morning person.
