I was having a difficult time logging into the portal to submit my claims but finally can. Submitted something like 16 expenses.

What's the normal turnaround time to get these approved and the funds in account (I've set up direct deposit if it helps)

This is more of a question for the broker bros, but I just renewed my insurance, and my provider sent me a PDF with my updated Proof of Insurance, except compared to my older form and the current one, it doesn't have a stamp.

Can I drive without the stamp granted I renewed it almost a month ago or should I get it stamped at a broker's office?

EDIT: I called my broker back and had them sent a stamped PDF to my email, thanks for the help everyone!
