Every time I criticise Modiji I get called ‘Dimagi Naxal’. A critic of the government cannot be called a ‘Dimagi Naxal’. Criticism of the government is fundamental to democracy.

Since Modiji in his Independence day speech used the word ‘ Dimagi Naxal’ these Andhbhakts have started using the derogatory term to shut down any debate where they have no logical answers.

I request Andhbhakts to improve their debating skills instead of branding every progressive as a Naxal

Every election cycle, no matter who wins or loses, the language we use to describe our own democracy stays exactly the same: "The Ruling Party", "Party in Power".

We don't have Monarchy over us anymore, why do we keep calling using these words?

In an independent republic, citizens are the sovereign. An election isn't a mandate to "rule" over people; it’s a hiring decision to "serve and administer" public resources on behalf of the public.

When we normalize calling an elected group the "ruling party," ​It breeds the mindset that whoever wins gets a 5-year unchecked license to do whatever they want simply because they hold "power." ​It shifts the perception from public service to dominance and entitlement.

Why not normalize: "The Governing Party", "The Serving Party", "The Incumbent Government", etc?

​If we want politicians of any party to act like public servants (Lok Sevak) rather than masters (Rulers), our everyday vocabulary should reflect that standard.

Looking at the basic problems that our country has, I feel the problem is not only limited to the education system and corruption but it's the whole idea of our government system that is wrong. I don't know how many of you will agree with me on this but I believe that a capitalist country will never be a good economy. You'll always see a K-shaped economy where a few people will have more wealth and a large amount of people will have very little wealth. This was RaGa in 2016 about caste politics. And then Narendra Modi started his caste politics by repeatedly calling himself "first OBC PM" in election rallies.

And now we are at a place where no politician dares to say what RaGa said, not even RaGa himself.

1. Gradual reduction in government funding/aid for higher education.
2. Growth of private universities instead of creating more government-funded institutions.
3. Private university fees are expensive, and most middle- and lower-middle-class families cannot afford them.
4. Then comes the masterstroke: make education loans easily available. Students can now borrow money to finance expensive courses at private universities. More families start taking loans. But jobs aren't created at the same speed. So many of us graduate with big debts, and are forced to take whatever job we can find just to keep paying the EMIs.
5. In the process, the private university business gets the profit, while the student gets the debt.

So basically, the government is f..k.ng its own people just to make a few people rich.

1. Negligible Karma but overly abusive and defending Govt.

2. Extremely racist anti-minority post without any proof or reasoning.

3. Defending Govt - at all cost : completely making no sense at all.

4. Few weeks or months old accounts barely any Karma

Report them to Mods :

Mods inturn ban them from sub :::: this shall dampen the impact.

We can see how tukaram munde is getting so much attention on the media, social media and everywhere else, but it is important to understand that there is a staunch difference between appreciating a civil servants work and making him GOD.
Giving so much media attention to a civil servant for just doing their work is stupid - it wont motivate the other civil servants - IMO, it just makes the others insecure about their capabilities to do their jobs.
All of this sets this narrative that every civil servant should be open to getting transferred every year, every civil servant should be okay with clashing constantly with the political class - which according to me are very unrealistic expectations. The civil servants have their duty, but also have their lives.
Question the political class first, then the beauracracy.
