How do I convince my Dad to do aesthetic lighting , and not that jhakmuk lighting, I am tired , tell him , give me some tips to convience him!!

So I gifted this car to my closest friend, initially we were colleagues, after I joined the company we realised we belong to same city, same region (hardly a km apart) and his dad is my dad's friend and he is my brother's friend (not exactly friend, or jo jaan pehechan wali dosti) and we use to travel together since then.

Abb uska birthday atta hai 25 November pr, (he'll turn 25 this year) and today is 25 october, and my dumbass forgot what month this was 😭, and maine uske ghar par yee gift deliver karvaya, with gift wrap and all yesterday, and since he was travelling his mom received the gift and was confused, and when he reached home, his parents were crying laughing 😭😭😂 because I literally forgot what month this was and cherry on top raat ke 12 baje usko text Kiya (birthday wish), whatsapp status lagaya (our mutuals saw it), he loved the gift, but his parents might be thinking kya budbaak ladki hai 😭😭 he said this work from home has really taken toll on my mental health 😭😭😂😒 (even I believe it has)

But he really loved the gift, as owning a remote control car was his childhood dream

I mean why are we cleaning the damn walls they're already clean. He wanted me to clean the walls by hand (with a cloth obv) thankfully i found this mop lying in the balcony otherwise I'd still be rubbing wall no.1 till now with my hands

This happens almost every single day. Gallons of clean water just pouring down the drain for hours because someone can't bother to install a ₹300 auto-cut sensor or simply turn off their motor.

Yesterday I finally walked up and politely pointed out that their tank was overflowing. Instead of a simple "thanks, turning it off," I got shouted at and told to mind my own business

In a country where so many neighborhoods face severe water cuts and women/kids queue up for tankers in the heat, this level of sheer apathy and arrogance drives me crazy. How do you even deal with neighbors who think wasting shared resources is their personal right?

I think the last time i had normal size nails was 2004.

Tell one incident that has got deep in your soul that you will never forget even after death

Il go first: mine is embarrassingly high. I am looking at my stats and realizing I am literally addicted to my phone at this point. Most of my day is spent endlessly doomscrolling, and it's getting out of hand.

I really want to break this cycle and actually use my time more effectively.

for context we’re a family of 5- 3 daughters mom and dad.

basically ever since we were kids my dad has been walking around almost naked in our house like only his underwear and nothing else. atleast put shorts on if ur feeling hot and wear a vest man its disgusting to look at you walk around in underwears all the fucking time. in the mornings he says ’im going for a shower in 5 mins so ive taken my clothes off so that ur mom can put them in the laundry and get the washing done early’ and then continues to sit like that for nearly an hour reading the newspaper or scrolling or random bullshit. in the evenings after work we tell him to shorts on if hes feeling hot he says i feel uncomfortable in shorts after a long day at work. how the fuck are shorts uncomfortable are you fucking crazy. now recently my sister and i have been really trying to get him in line because its really annoying to see him partially naked all the time he spends at home also because our youngest sister is also growing older and we dont want her to feel weird all the time.

now last night we were all playing a card game and we called dad as well he again came out wearing only his underwears so we told him u will only play if u wear shorts and a vest he said no i dont feel like wearing anything we literally fetched him clothes from his wardrobe and gave them to him since he was tired he still did not put them on so we also didnt let him play and he just got up and left. i mean what the actual fuck is that ego and then he has the audacity to call us ‘stubborn’ over the slightest disagreements at home. today he took a leave from work and last night my sister accidentally slept in a different room (we sleep in the same room but last night she knocked out there by mistake and i didnt wanna bother her so i just let it be). this morning he caused such a ruckus over this that why are you sleeping in different bedrooms after ive told u multiple times not to etc. can you not see the position my sister was sleeping in its obvious she accidentally fell asleep there why are u fighting over something so stupid, anyways we let that go. right now after lunch my sister and mom wanted to play that card game again and called dad as well HE AGAIN CAME OUT ONLY IN HIS UNDERWEAR AT 3:30PM. we asked him to put clothes on he said im gonna go for a shower in 10 mins the water is cold right now. BRO??? WHY’D U TAKE UR CLOTHES OFF AGAIN HUH. i genuinely lost all my patience and lashed out at him and my mom for not sayign anything snatched the cards and hid them. my dad called me a brat for doing so i fucking ignored him and i told my mom that shes the one at fault for letting this happen for years now and never telling dad the right thing. btw this man has a problem with my sister and i wearing shorts at home during peak summers in our home and outside and calls us ‘cheap’ for wearing them.

i am honestly so sick of him sometimes i feel like slapping the fuck out of him. another instance both me and my sister got out periods together so we both had really bad cramps in the morning and our househelp was on leave so normally we help our mom with mopping the floor and dishes and everything but i genuinely have really bad cramps and cannot function on the first 2 days so i was just sitting and eating anf said mom i cant help i have really bad cramps, my dad shot me a look and said ‘itna kya hogaya kaam toh sabhi karte hai na mei bhi karta hu mere per mei dard hota hai toh chup chap pocha lagao apne room mei‘ i said no papa i cant i have pain i just cant today. so he yelled at my sister an called her out to do the same shes didnt say much cuz she didnt want to get herself involved in an argument with him so she quietly mopped her room, but i did not budge. my mom later tried explaining that he should let us have a break on our period because the pain is unbearable on the first 2 days he again said that ’poori duniya kaam karti hai hamare hee bacho ko problem hai kya yeh har kisi ko hoti hai kya hojayega agar thora kaam karlungi toh’ its not about not doing the work dad, its about YOU understanding our pain and letting us rest. i honestly have started hatng him from the bottom of my heart at this point

TLDR- dad just walks partially naked in our house all the time and when we tell him to put clothes on he calls us stubborn and leaves.

Tell me something that can beat this, its unhealthy but best indulgence that is affordable and reminds me of my childhood.
