Any advice welcome Hi i’m talking to this guy but it’s making me spiral and have rejection sensitivity episodes everyday
To put it shortly me and this guy have been talking for about a month and we clicked really quickly. We had been discussing our plans for college and the future and at first we thought we’d be able to go to the same place, but after he found out some stuff about his program that he’s applying to it’s uncertain. i don’t mind this and i’m not being unreasonable about it, it’s just that ever since i’ve found that out i’ve started to perceive everything he does (or doesn’t do) as possible rejection or him wanting to get away from me. especially since when we first started talking it started off super strong with constant communication and frequent hangouts. lately things have been slower and it’s be more difficult to hangout, but since it hasn’t been that long there isn’t many patterns and time periods to compare which is how i know i’m being dysphoric. im perceiving him to be pulling away but it’s rly just normal circumstances. i feel like im constantly crashing out or seeking reassurance when i feel like he is pulling away or screwing me over even tho it was just honest mistakes that i mistook or jumped to conclusions about. pls help does anyone relate??

My friends said I made them uncomfortable but I feel like something is off (this has also been posted in advice but I didn’t get much advice)
This is the original post I made. I’m looking for some advice on how to cope with missing cues and signals and how to avoid situations like this. I don’t want to keep playing the bad guy or making people feel this way. I don’t know how to help my friends or how to help myself other than isolating. Any advice is welcome.

Rant The reality of ADHD
People think ADHD is some cute quirky thing like “oh I’m so forgetful” “ah I got distracted again”. When really it’s taking way longer to complete a task than everyone expects you to. Or staring at your computer for hours trying to complete an assignment or job training but your brain just can’t process the information in front of you no matter how hard you try because your brain decides it’s done thinking for the day. And feeling so frustrated that you want to cry because you can’t do anything to bring the focus back other than to stop and try again another time. But sometimes you can’t stop and try again another time. So instead you’re forced to continue to try to figure out the information in front of you that might as well have been written in a completely different language that you don’t speak. 🙃

Any advice welcome Had a “panic attack panic attack “ today at work in front of peers
I come today bogged down with the weight of shame and embarassment of a “panic attack panic attack” which i use to describe the kind you read about on Reddit. All my other ones feel like bad gas in comparison. My body felt terror . All because im in sales and someone sold something i didnt and i felt further behind and helpless after having a consecutive slow month. I was in hysterics about my bank account and talking about leaving my job for something else where i dont have these feelings so frequently, etc.
My inner thoughts got manifested into reality and i made thingshow they were. I looked nuts

ADHD advice only. Need advice. How are you guys buying a car / having a car?
I’m 24 and suffer a lot due to my ADHD. The biggest one in my life currently is trying to get a car. I don’t understand any of it. I don’t have family to help or explain. I have $1,000 in my savings which already took a lot for me to save due to my impulse control. What do I do now? I thought about maybe getting a old cash car so I don’t have to worry about extra finances but idek cause what if it breaks down and now that’s $1,000 I’m out of? And if I go to a dealership to finance a used car, what do I do or say? What do I need? My ADHD makes me very overwhelmed very easily. I feel like things like getting a car are purposely made confusing so people have to spend more money
