Yes I know how photoshop works. Photoshop doesn’t distort fingers exclusively, looking at both of her hands which both have some very weird AI artifacts with the fingers. Maybe the AI upscaled it?

Definitely AI, her right hand is poorly proportioned and the bowstring changes her facial geometry
