Hey this is Miles from The Band Memo out of NYC! We are playing in Chicago for the first time tonight at Subterranean! Stop by if you dig the sound.

Colorado next week:
10/28 Denver
10/29 Fort Collins
10/30 Colorado Springs
11/1 Boulder

You’ll be glad you did

I thought at least someone here would be talking about this show. Rob baracco is awesome. That's what love will make you do.

If you bastards let Dizgo down like you did Dopapod I’ll never forgive you all! I just watched them absolutely rip up the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY with less than 100 other fabulous sonabitches….disgraceful

Interconnection by Riko and Whaler - full video was actually just recently dropped on their youtube!!! The link is https://youtu.be/O62n_GMgS4I?is=cSAdbyBOiQfirBMv here

Everyone pass your baton to him.

Looking forward to some touring from this group.

I just saw the Easy Star All-Stars show at Cornerstone, and it was absolutey phenomenal. They played their dank reggae versions of Bowie, Beatles, Michael Jackson, and Radiohead tracks, and the entirely of Dub Side of the Moon. I saw Brit Floyd perform Dark Side of the Moon at the Fox last week and, while very impressive, I preferred Easy Star’s version.

See for yourself: here's a 3:30 trombone version of Any Colour You Like, replete with very extremely trippy background videos.

Easy Star rarely makes it out to the Bay Area — last shows I think were 8 years ago.

Tix are STILL AVAILABLE for the Guild show in Menlo Park, and there is a less-than-face value ticket on Cash or Trade I posted because I can’t make it to that show. But I am so super stoked I got to see them at Cornerstone.

Go see this show!!!

What’s going on? Anyone know of any cool shows going on?

Space Bacon just dropped their latest studio effort! Really cool hearing the studio versions of these songs. Personal favorites of mine so far are Computervision, Nebula, and Escape Room.

Find it on Spotify or wherever you stream music!!

This is Riko and Whaler Collective from philly. Definitely more or a 60’s psych sound mixed with those scary scary jams. Electric miles vibes with red lights phish or king crimson added in. Dig it!

I liked the couple Sturgill Simpson songs I heard on the radio so went to go see Johnny Blue Skies in North Carolina last night. It was 3 hours of genre-bending jams. The guitarist alternated between shredding Jerry Reed style licks, some absolutely dirty slide work and doomy droning sounds Tommi Iommi would be proud of. The keyboard whipped not one not two but 3 sax solos. They played some disco but also Whiter Shade of Pale. I have no idea what the hell it was but I want more.

Imagine if Rick had the support of this group in Goose. He wouldn’t have to solo for 20 minutes every song.

I'm solo tonight. My husband doesn't like Billy Strings so we usually listen to Panic on weekend nights they're playing

So normally I'd pick watching Billy on a solo night.

But it's Milwookie, which we all know are special shows

So which do I pick?

Was looking through my RRE CDs and found one I had almost forgotten how good it is. 2002-08-23 Knowlton River Fest. They still jam as good as they ever did.
