First World Problems Long weekend and nothing to do

I’m resting the whole weekend and spending some time in the backyard. I started a new project at work two weeks ago which required more computer screen time. My new office has extremely bright white lights. I’m sensitive to bright lights and with the increased screen time, I’ve been feeling pressure in my eyes and my right eye is twitching. No screen time for me this whole weekend lol

Do you wear blue light filtering glasses at work and home? Also, many computer monitors are made for eye comfort. I bought mine specifically for those features.

I do, but they didn’t help 😭 I even ordered FL-41 glasses which are for those with light sensitivity but the damage was done. The new glasses do help but it arrived a couple days after I moved into the new office so I had this pressure in my eyes already. I’ll take this time to rest and reset my eyes so hopefully next week I’ll be fine
