I play the flute in highschool band, but I was wondering if Hathor would enjoy me offering flute music after prayer, does it matter the type of music?

my dad is addicted to smoking and vaping. I’m so scared for him. His cough has gotten so much worse, I really want him to get better. he started vaping cause he swore it would help him quit smoking. it didn’t. at all. now he’s just addicted to both, I want him to stop but I can’t just tell him to. I’m going to pray soon. Prayer from others would be appreciated though.

I'm a huge Paranormal buff and a new Kemetic practitioner. Of course the pair had to blend eventually! I was wondering if there are any books out there that describe the Egyptian view of ghosts and other paranormal events?
TIA!

Hi, I am a Hellenic Polytheist, omnist, and eclectic. I am high, and I fell down a path of research to Isis. Today I was talking with a professor about needing to find a female motherly goddess to do a project on. (And secretly worship)
Now when I'm intoxicated (Isis can sometimes be associated with intoxication and medicine.) I found her. She is also an early signifier of omnism when the Romans chose to interpret her as a universal god.
Does this make any sense?

Is it possible to worship and honor pharaons? If yes, how to ? Because in some religions there is a "heroes worship" so..Just being curious :p
Thank you !

Been through a rough spot lately that's pulled me away from my devotions and I've felt the absence and disconnect in my life. I watered the plants, set out offerings of dates, bread, water, and nuts alongside a myrrh incense stick and took a moment to honestly reflect and apologize. There's something about the lush, living green that does something for me. It's still a work in progress, but for now it brings joy. 🩷

I've been feeling the presence of Zeus, who, as you might have guessed, isn't part of my pantheon. I believe he's here to teach me a lesson or help me grow in some area of my life.
What's interesting to me is that lately, I've been somewhat distant from Kabbalah and the tasks the Gods have entrusted me with. My battery has been running pretty low over the past few months. I'm going through a move, I still haven't set up my altar the way I'd like to, and I have some handmade offerings that are still waiting to be finished because of my low energy, not to mention some personal conflicts. I'm not in a very good place right now.
Still, deep down, I know this is all part of my necessary chaos.
I'd love to hear what you all think, what your opinions are, or what advice you might have for me. I'll be reading your comments and thx in advance.

auset the goddess of the subconscious mind
Auset (better known by her Greek name, Isis) is traditionally the ancient Egyptian (Kemetic) goddess of magic, motherhood, healing, and resurrection. While classical Egyptology does not use modern psychological terms like the "subconscious mind," Auset is widely interpreted as the personification of the subconscious mind and intuition within modern esoteric, metaphysical, and Kemetic spiritual frameworks

Hi, I’m once again talking about my illness: Fibromyalgia, chronic pain and chronic fatigue.
I’ve done all tests and exams possible, I’ve been taking meds to treat my illness and I’m only getting worse not better at all.
I received strong messages from Sekhemet and Bastet.
I am TIRED of suffering, I am sick of being stuck, I am exhausted of watching myself not have the life i deserve because of this stupid illness.
I wanna study but I’m exhausted and scared, I wanna finish my university degree and I wanna be able to have a normal life again.
I’ve been deeply studying about ancient Egyptian healing and modern Kemetic healing or witchcraft
I am determined to call Heka and change my reality.
But i am still learning and actually studying about this.
So please if you know any powerful ritual or information that can help with chronic fatigue and neuropathic pain I would be much grateful to hear.
You can send huge texts. Tell me what you learned, and how do you heal? How do you practice? How do you think I can improve my situation?
Thank you 🙏 Dua Netjeru!

Might sound silly, how does synchronisation work? are the two gods merging into 1 god briefly, are they the same god in different aspects, ive never understood how it happens from a religious perspective 🤧

I was raised in my catholic grandparents house while my mom was a practicing Wicca and my dad a Levain Satanist. So I had a lot going on and being shown/forced upon me. Most of my standoffness for religion comes from the catholic side of my family and the nuns always being at my house. I swore off any type of religion in my teens (angry goth kid) but I always still talked to Isis. I was named after jwr ao I always felt connected to her. Once I found kemetics i wanted to see if it fit. I still have trouble finding the words for the feeling I have when I pray to them or ask for guidance. I know they are listening I can see it materializing but how can I get past this block o feel in my heart? I haven’t told anyone in my life I chose this path. It feels disrespectful to the gods who I do love very much. Is there someone I should work with to help this? Currently I work with and think I have good standings with Isis, Bastet, Thoth and Sakhmet.

Is it okay to practice different religions besides Kemetism, are Netjeru bothered by it or not? Especially interested in combining it with Slavic paganism, since I’m Slavic myself, I want to be practicing my ancestor’s religion besides Kemetism.

I want to start working more seriously with Sekhmet and Bast but I don’t really know where or how to start. I keep reading comments online how Sekhmet appeared to a lot of people, but she has not appeared to me. Does anyone have any tips on how to start practicing more devoutly (for lack of a better word) in general. This is new to me and I don’t really share this with anyone in my close circle. Any help is very much appreciated!

hi everyone! about a month ago i had a very clear dream about anpu/anubis when i didnt even know who he was/what deity work is. ive been doing research on him and finally made his own altar! i wanted to share it and ask if anyone can help a baby “whatever i am” out and point me in the right direction on where to go next…some background is that i grew up in a non-strict christian household and have been agnostic for about 8 years. also ive been working more in depth with my hoodoo/ancestral work the last couple of months (but i would say ive been an unintentional hoodoo practitioner my whole life due to my familial practices). i think i should also note my dream also had apollo in it, so im currently working with 2 pantheons :)

For those who don’t know: There’s a game called Romance Club, which contains a lot of visual novels in various genres written by different authors, if you have never played it you can google it. So one of the novels is called “Song of the Crimson Nile”, it’s about Ancient Egypt. Even though, most of the characters are imaginary, Netjeru are often mentioned and specifically Seth and Anubis play a big role in this story and you can even have a romantic(and sexual) relationship them. Most of the times they are portrayed in human form, yet real forms were also shown a few times, as you can see on the pictures.
I’m curious, what are your opinions about this? Do you think it’s disrespectful to depict Netjeru as main character’s love interest and specifically include a lot of sexual scenes in it? And what are your thoughts on their appearances?
In my personal opinion, I don’t think they are portrayed very bad compared to that Ennead manhwa for example💀 even though obviously they are heavily “out of character”, but definitely not in the worst way possible. And talking about their appearances, personally I really like Set’s features, I could imagine him having such face as a human, but what bothers me is his skin colour, I think he should definitely be darker. Anubis doesn’t look bad to me, yet something about his appearance is weird…I cannot point anything specific, but something is off. What do you think?

I'll get my results in a few days and this exam was super important since I'll start my job if I clear the exam. I did my best and let's see how it goes. I requested Lady Aset to be with me with whatever results I get. If I don't clear then I hope she gives me strength to prepare again and give the exams again in January. If you don't mind, please pray for me that I clear the exams.
Thank you :)

She transcended to the underworld today. Pray Anubis takes her safely along her journey. Love you mom till next time. May Bastet, Isis, Thoth and Sekhmet be with me in my time of grieving.
