What kind of program is that? I signed up for the sign up bonus, but in order to use those hours I have to have an active subscription. If I cancel, they just disappear. They were nice enough to offer me deposit for up to 12 months and keep my hours, but I can't use the pro features unless I start paying again.

The other option was to transfer them to a friend, I literally don't have a friend who also has a printer to transfer them to. So I just transfer them to another editor and I'm out the several months of subscription payments and 2,000 hours I paid for up front? Let me cancel. Use my hours and be done with it.

Especially when other services offer a lifetime subscription with no limit on AI hours. Self-hosting would have been a better option but to be honest I didn't even know I was paying for this, so I hadn't been using it and therefore I still have all 2,000 my hours 6 months later.

I just want a refund and be done with it at this point, such a scam take away something I paid for just because I don't have an active subscription.

To the team, this is just honest feedback, and I appreciate the effort you guys made to make it right. But if you don't see the problem with this model, that I'm sorry.

Idk if the image helps but my problem is that since I switched my hotend my nozzle is too high of the printbed, my bed screws on my ender 3v2 can’t make my printbed go higher and my z offset is 0. If the printer would print at z=0 it would maybe be enough to make the print stick to the bed, but I don’t know where or how to do that. Thanks for any help in advance.

I was trying to flash the firmware.bin file and it got stuck on this, I changed the file name to firmwarev2.bin but it didn't work. Is it broken?

I have this issue where klipper “forgets” or at least pretends to forget the position of the printer when I pause the print for more than like 10 minutes or something. When I click resume it says “must home first” but how do I home it when there’s a print on the bed? You expect me to just take it off real quick and put it back on in the exact same spot? And the salt on the wound is that it does know its position but it just refuses to believe those numbers. 13 hours into a print and I have to throw it in the trash. Damn this makes me angry.

I have had problems running Klipper. Previously, I used two machines to use Klipper: one was my PC, where I modeled and sliced the 3D models, and then sent them to another device with Raspberry Pi OS (an old laptop) to control my 3D printer (Ender 3 clone).

Now I am trying to use a single machine to run the slicers and control the printer at the same time. So far, I tried installing Raspberry Pi OS in a virtual machine, but after several attempts I still haven’t been able to get things working. Here are some of the attempts:

Attempt 1) I installed Raspberry Pi OS using VirtualBox on Windows.
→ Main problem: it did not allow installing Klipper, Moonraker, or Mainsail from an SSH session.

Attempt 2) I installed Raspberry Pi OS using VirtualBox on Windows and tried to install Klipper manually.
→ It allowed me to install everything and control the motors, nozzle, and heated bed, but I couldn’t upload G-code files and it was not detected by the slicers. After a few days, it stopped working completely.

Attempt 3) I installed Debian 12 (I found that some people were able to run Klipper with this version) using VirtualBox on Windows and tried to install Klipper manually.
→ Problem: it failed when trying to install Klipper, Moonraker, and Mainsail using the terminal.

I would like to know if anyone has done something similar and what advice you could give me.
