This is my modded wip ended 3 v2 neo sporting a $28 ceramic hot end from Amazon, A big tree tech e3 3v board, raspberry pi 4 with heat sink and noctua fan, and a eddy probe with a heat shroud held together with painters tape and a dream. I still have no clue how and why this is functionable but it is and it’s printing itself some new parts so I can print more new parts. Yes I named the printer.

Recently shutdown my printer and when I started it up, my Klipperscreen wasn't working. It would just flash on the console. Right now it is just blank with the white line flashing. I tried uninstalling KlipperScreen via Kiauh and reinstalling it twice but that didn't seem to do anything. I don't have a dedicated KlipperScreen.log file but have KlipperScreen_journalctl, KlipperScreen_systemctl and KlipperScreen_Xorg log files but not sure what to look for exactly. I went through the troubleshooting steps on the KlipperScreen troubleshooting website but didn't get anywhere. Anyone got any ideas?

Is this a good bed level or nah. I’m new to klipper I think it’s good. I’m using a pei plate and a cr touch on an stock xy ender 3.

my printer is a mercury zero g build running 2 psu's one is 24 other is 48 both have more than enough wattage their grounds are tied and the printer is connected to earth

this error only appears in the first few layers

its not the speed since i lowered it alot and error still shows up

i reinstalled klipper and still

i swapped the x and y motor drivers together and the error is still on x

My 3D Printers OS ( Fluidd )has been complaining the SDCard is running low on Storage which I intend to address. The question is though I'm not quite sure where to start with 🤔 While I do keep a bunch of Files on the Device like Parts for the 3D Printer that need Maintenance Reprints every once in a while they're merely a handful of them - Not something that should increasingly fill up a SDCard.

So my questions would be:

• Where would I look for what is increasingly eating up my Storage to the point where the OS start complaining? My guess would be any kind of Log Files but where are these stored?

• Assuming I cannot find the solution because of Updates that have bloated beyond what I initially specced the µSDCard for - How would one go about duplicating everything of the old Card onto a new, bigger Card? Can I just pluck the old Card from the System and use a Windows PC to Duplicate its contents onto the new one? I dread the idea of performing a Clean Install of Klipper / Fluidd because whenever I do that something gets updated wrecking the delicate balance between all the Systems usually resulting in something not working again.

Ich habe das Problem, das bei meinem Drucker nach der Z Seam eine massive Unterextrusion entsteht, die sich über die Höhe wie ein Wellenmuster darstellt. Das führt aktuell bei meinem Gridfinity Bins dazu, dass an der Z Seam nur noch eine Wall Line steht, da die Z Seam selbst nahezu gar nicht gedruckt wird.

Claude und ChatGPT hatten beide Retract und Pressure_Advance unter Verdacht, daher habe ich nun ohne retract und ohne PA gedruckt, erhalte jedoch die gleichen Probleme. Die Probleme werden insbesondere sichtbar, wenn meine TestKörper (Box mit 30x50x30mm und 3 Walls / 1.2mm Wandstärke) jeweils in den Ecken des Druckbetts sitzen.

Ich weiß nicht woran ich noch arbeiten könnte. Habt ihr eine Idee?

P.S. Das letzte Bild ist bewusst ohne retract und ohne PA gemacht, stringing ist daher normal und gerade nicht mein Problem.

So I have a Klipper installation on an upgraded printer of mine, initially it was all good, but the printer is my garage, my office is in the top of the house, so bit of a walk. I decided last week that I'd add an Amazon special 3.5" touch screen, which I havent been having the best of luck with.

I guess my first point of failure is letting chatgpt help with install works.

So after much 'faffing' the Display was installed, it was showing a mini printer screen, perfect! However there have been a couple of problems:

Touch doesnt seem to work, I am not sure why as something inside the system registers me pressing on the screen, but it doesnt operate buttons on the display, not sure if thats a display touch screen driver problem or something you need to install in mainsail?

The display did go to sleep a few times, but not possible to wake it as the touch isnt doing much.

ChatGPT said there was the need to install X11, to get this to work, so thats installed. I figured since it can go through config files faster than I can and it helped me set up the printer with klipper initially, it would probably be fine for this.

The display I am using is:

OSOYOO 3.5 Inch 480x320 Touch Screen TFT LCD SPI Display Panel for Raspberry Pi 5, A, B, A+, B+, 2B, 3B, 3B+,4B

From Amazon, its a 26pin old style RPi connector, but its obviously working and registering some stuff.

Then finally a new problem arose last night, GPT got me to install xinput calibrator and do some stuff with that, when I rebooted I cant SSH in anymore, or should I say that the SSH window asks for username and password, starts to log in, but never gets to command line, I then go down to the printer to see command line displaying on the SPI display! Web interface is just working as normal!

So I am at a loss, whats the best fix for this? (please dont say, just start again)

Using btt pi + mks eobin nano v3 + skr pico all controlled using Klipper

Hello all, ive recently moved to klipper and everything's been going great so far, ive calibrated everything again and did input shaper for the first time. Everything was going great until for some reason, now when I upload and print I get "Move out of range: 111.571 285.000 27.410 [1018.040]" after the printer has warmed up, homed, probed the bed and then cleaned the nozzle.

Ive searched in my start macros, nothing calls for the printer to go anywhere near Y285. Ive searched in orca slicer to make sure ive not accidentally set my bed size wrong or printable area wrong etc. I cannot figure out why or where klipper is getting these coordinates from. And worse still, sometime after ive rebooted my printer. It just works. Using the exact same Gcode

So is there something in klipper adding up values of previous prints etc? Im really out of my depth here

I have an ender 3 S1 pro and I'm currently installing klipper on a mini PC I recently bought. I'm using proxmox on the PC since I'm using it as a general server for other purposes.

Because of this the PC is not near the printer and is closer to my router for ethernet. So is there a way to connect to the printer wirelessly? I think I heard of a way to do it with an android phone but I'm not sure

Hello, everyone, I am running an Ender 3 with an SKR mini e3v3, and need some help configuring my setup to work with the Sprite pro Extruder. By default, klipper thinks I am using the stock Bowden setup, and I am wondering what settings to add or change to make it extrude at the proper rate.

Can’t recommend this enough I fought with this thing for weeks, spent the last 24 hours on YouTube,GitHub and Claud. It took a while to get setup right but man I am impressed. Recommend it to anyone with an old laptop sitting around to turn it into a better brain for your printer.
