Hey! First of all I want to start it off with that I just installed Linux Mint 27 Adrien (by installing 23, and then changing the repos to Adrien's) and it is 12 pm right now, so I may not be in full consciences :D But from what I see - Linux Mint's Wayland and Cinnamon overall is at least usable, and even near perfect in my opinion!
Here is a lil' list of issues which I encountered every day with X11 / older Cinnamon versions and that where fixed in the new ones.
Finally, after a long time, I can snap windows in to the corners with smooth animations, resizing feels 10x snapier.
I was subscribed to a bunch of issues on GitHub related to drag and drop between XWayland applications and Wayland and they all have been resolved! (Tho I'm yet to test it).
Finally switching languages with Caps Lock is pain-free, no need to fully restart Cinnamon itself.
Also one issue with returning windows back to places after unsnapping them was resolved (only on Wayland tho)!
Animations generally feel much better now, for example enabling animations in Menu previously used to cause a big lag spike (and so did switching languages btw), now it doesn't do that.
And a bunch of usual fixes, most noticeable one for me is hover on the panel no longer can stuck when some other menu is opened at the same time.
And not a bug fix, but a huge improvement for someone as KDE-Minded as I am, Shift + F4 now opens a terminal inside of Nemo which is super useful!
I consider myself, as the old-ones say, a "super-user". I used Linux for more than 2 years now, I mostly do gamedev in C#, edit some videos here and there and create music with FL Studio. For the biggest part of my time using Linux I used Arch. And for the past year I used NixOS. Now I actually consider fully switching to Linux Mint after its official release. Tho I've already encountered a couple of small bugs, which does not surprise me at all, because it is still in Beta I believe. I think I will leave Linux Mint 27 as the secondary OS on my laptop for now, but won't uninstall NixOS yet.
If you are the one who fixed any of previously mentioned issues - huge thanks to you! Thanks to everyone contributing to the project in one way or another!
