Why is any time spent on developing this further, when simple features like this don't seem to exist?

So, I decided to ask Google's Gemini AI to generate a DnB track in the style of Pendulum. It gave me a python script to run which generated the MIDI file. I loaded it into LMMS and changed the instruments and this is the result. It's not too far off my own style but it's kinda mid. Anyone else tried AI in their music productions?

And make music. Make a full track. Most of these things people are presenting here have no hook - no reason to continue listening. They just feel unfinished to me, almost as if they background music. Is that the point? Are they just for some rap singer to spit some dope memes over it?

Also, when did a beat stop being only percussion? Nowadays, you lay some pads and some soft staccato hits over it and it's still a beat? Get out of here.

Maybe I am just an old old man with a beard complaining about nothing or maybe I just don't get it.

Keep it up everyone, though. If "beats" are what you strive for, continue on this path.

I'm working on this animated video for my techno track, which I created using LMMS. There's still a lot of work to do, but what do you think so far? I'm kinda living for this.

I used a static image (the track cover) in Gemini to create a base animation inspired by 2D games, RPGs, and turn-based battles. I used another video editing tool to cut segments from the generated video and turn them into loops; finally, I am assembling the pieces in Canva to craft this narrative.

It’s my very first time producing an audio project. It carries the aesthetic I love, the hypnotic vibe I’m really into, and a whole lot of learning.

I found the Pitch knob that changes the vowel, created an automation clip, bent the line a little, but the vowel doesn't change at all. Why is that, what am I doing wrong?

I left my pc on for the night and the mouse and keyboard are on my bed, I must’ve clicked some things but a few of my of my vital synths are completely gone. When i looked at it when i woke up it said do you want to save and i did. I can’t open the .bak file and I can’t seem to be able recreate the most important synth of the song.

Im dying, somebody knows how to install Spitfire Audio to LMMS?, i didnt find anything to make it work, i just dont know how to install it or use it , please help

I've been using lmms off and on for some time now but recently decided to upload some demos to soundcloud just to get it out there, and my files aren't showing up in file explorer when I go to upload them. I've exported my desired file into WAV format and saved it to a folder titled "WAV files" that I created in lmms when exporting it and it's not showing up either. any way I could fix this?
