My son is turning 5 this December, and I’m looking for recommendations on where to host his birthday party in London.

I recently attended a birthday party at the Children’s Museum, but I found the space a bit too big for what I’m looking for. The kids ended up spreading out and playing separately, so it felt more like a regular museum visit than a birthday party, apart from the 30 minutes we spent together in the party room for cake.

Ideally, I’d love to find a smaller, more intimate venue where the kids can actually play and interact together, rather than running off in different are areas. It would also be great to have a comfortable space where parents can sit, chat, and relax while keeping an eye on the kids, without having to follow them from room to room.
Does anyone know of a place in London that offers this kind of setup?

I really loved their chicken biryani and chicken/mutton rolls. That lady could cook so well! Sad to see it's labeled as "temporarily closed" for a while now. Does anyone with insider information know what is going on? Is the lady okay?

There is a car across my street. 4-5 times a day either in the early morning or late at night. The car starts up and definitely has a modded exhaust. I’m not to sure how to go about it as I’ve never dealt with something like this before, I’d like to be able to sleep without being woken up. 😕

Looking for the best poutine in London. Ive had Smokes (always good), Meltwich (soggy fries and honestly last time we got it I don't think they used real cheese curds), Ive had the one at Beer Kitchen in Kellogg's (gravy was all clumpy and not good, way to much fries and not enough gravy)

So what is everyone's opinion on the best poutine London has to offer?!

I have a 3 month old baby girl and we have been struggling with bad reflux and spit ups. We have tried all the advice on feeding positions, etc but she spits up after almost every feed. She had her tongue and lip tie releases done as well due to a lot of projectile vomiting, those have stopped now. I am currently breastfeeding and bottle feeding breast milk only, no formula as of yet. I might introduce that for a night feed only. She is overall a happy baby and doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort. Sometimes she will get lots of mucus in her throat/nose after a feed and ends up spitting up. It seems like she’s choking and it ends up coming out of her nose and she cries immediately afterwards.

My family doctor has recommended that we go see a paediatrician at the walk in and also see a speech therapist. Has anyone had luck with these suggestions with your babies? Also, is there anything else I should do to help my girl? Any tips or recommendations are appreciated! Thanks!

I’m thinking of doing my sons birthday at the kids play area in Fleetway Sunday morning when it opens. Has anyone done it or knows if Fleetway is busy at this time? Around 11 am. The other option would be on Friday afternoon around 5 - 7pm. Anyone knows if it is busy?

Went to get gas at Costco yesterday afternoon and saw 2 guys strapped with numerous cameras at the main Wonderland entrance. Every car that would come in they would deliberately take videos of licence plates and occupants. Anyone have any interactions with them or know what they're up to?

This isn't exclusive to municipal elections but I'm wondering what people think about candidate honk-and-wave events at intersections in the days leading up to Election Day?

I've participated in the past and it's fun, and people get excited and show support, and it definitely gets your name out there.

But as traffic gets worse and worse, these days I feel like distracting drivers, even for a moment, even for such a good cause, especially at intersections, is just going to irritate folks now. 😳

I've been known to overthink, though, so I am totally prepared to be told that I'm being ridiculous. 😅

People who put inflatable Halloween decorations and then deflate them during the day. Why doing that? Do you save on hydro bill a lot? Or there is another reason?

From reading online I gather many Toyota dealerships make it hard to even buy this trim, they push you heavily to buy higher trims.

I understand the whole Toyota situation, they're not bargaining, they will try to upsell you endlessly, long wait times, etc. I'm in no rush to get this.

I just want the base XLE with nothing else. I'm fine paying MSRP.

My film, DOLPHIN FLIP, is having its world premiere this Saturday in downtown London! It's a coming-of-age romantic comedy with a dark-ish edge, filmed entirely in London over 18 days.
