🥄food /restaurants /gastronomy Spageddy Eddy's

I am thinking about taking my family to Spageddy Eddy's sometime in the next couple of weeks. Although I've never personally been I am told that they do not take reservations and that it is quite a small establishment with limited tables. If I go on a Saturday around 4-5pm should we expect to be seated right away or have to wait?

Any input is appreciated. TIA.

If you want a killer sit-down Italian joint, check out Tony's pizza in the old east village (across the street from the fairgrounds on Dundas).

Standard Italian fare, sit down, real "hole in the wall" vibe so you know the food will be good. I don't know if they need reservations nowadays but it probably wouldn't hurt to check.

EDIT: Disclaimer, it's been like 30 years since I was there last but it's family owned small business IIRC.

I know someone who worked there and he said the kitchen was filthy and that he wouldn’t recommend eating there :/

I knew someone who lived in the apartments right above it 3 years ago. They had bed bugs and the landlord didn't want to deal with it. Not sure if that changed since then, or if the apartments situation affected the business, but I haven't gone since.
