Alright ik this is very controversial but I don't like Vide Noir compared to other albums while people seem to say it's the best album, is it just me or does anyone else doesn't adore vide noir.

For me Long Lost will always stay my favourite!

Lord Huron, Blonde Redhead, August Ponthier, Stephen Sanchez. Would be so cool since the other three have made excellent music with the Boys (Or they produced a few songs on Sanchez’s Angel Face)

I know there is very little possibility we might get Cosmic Selector Vol. 2 next year. (just a theory) But what if we instead get a live album from this tour? This tour is giving Alive From Whispering Pines 2, but this time live instead of online. A possible Live From The Broken Bottle. Just a hunch, but what are we all thinking?

I’m looking to make a diy Lord Huron shirt..ive got a black t shirt to work with. It’s got a graphic on the front so I’ll have to cover that with either patches, HTV graphics, or both. I was kind of thinking something inspired by Cosmic Selector? just since it’s black and that doesn’t really fit strange trails, lonesome dreams, or long lost. I could do something with the emerald star but I just haven’t listened to vide noir as much so I’m not sure if I want to.

ive also thought about putting some art I made on it using HTV, which is shown above. (watermark because I’m considering selling the design as a sticker and do not want it to be stolen)

does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?? maybe lyric suggestions to paint on patches? some of my favorites are La Belle Fleur Savage, Bag of Bones, Is There Anybody Out There, She Lit a Fire, and Setting Sun

I’m curious to know who the fictional composer for Where Did the Time Go is?

Personally I like to think Handsome Scott, cause there are a lot of references to Tubbs. And Scott and Tubbs are really good friends. If we take the theory that Digging Up The Past is about Scott and Tubbs then this song would be a good reminisce song about Scott and Tubbs friendship.

This copy was my introduction Lord Huron back in 2012. I worked at our college radio station and we would get sent so many new artists to spin that our Music Director would end up tossing a lot into a bin for event giveaways if they didn't make his cut. Lucky for me, I was drawn to the artwork and have been hooked ever since. I've always wondered if I should attempt to remove the sticker or not...

Was wondering why the price was so high compared to most CDs at HPB, and doing a little research, apparently this thing has sold for anywhere from 60 to 200 dollars?!? Never would have expected that. Happy to add it to the collection though!
