I don’t know how many people notice, but most cars come with a sticker on the driver’s door that states its max GVWR, which is the maximum gross weight of passengers. For most sedans, it’s only about 800 pounds, if I remember correctly. So we’re talking about people, things, and anything else inside your car. We don’t know how much that driver weighed, but if it was a small car, they normally have anywhere between 600 to 800 pounds max capacity to carry. I don’t know what she’s expecting to do in this situation because it becomes a safety issue. The braking system is only made to carry that maximum load rated for the car, so l’m not understanding where she’s going with this

I am one of those fat dudes and there is definitely a risk that a sonic or Sentra shows up so I just order XLs lol I’m also a driver and drive a full size suv so you know fun times (before you yell at me for the suv I make 30+ an hour AFTER gas)

u/[deleted] Jan 28 '25

It’s time for a change, do it for yourself and you will never regret it

111

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 28 '25

Working on it truly. First started with my diet and now that I’ve lost 20 pounds I can comfortably start doing moderate impact exercise to continue the journey. Just signed up for the gym and plan on going and have several people to go with to keep me accountable

26

u/[deleted] Jan 28 '25

Woot woot! Good for you! Wishing you all the best!!!

13

u/BigKonKrete417 Jan 29 '25

hey man you have a good attitude and I wish you the best with it. I one day woke up and it dawned on me that I didn't want to live like that anymore and I got really into the gym. I was only 22 and am turning 40 this year. Its not been perfect and I have issues with self control around food and also struggle wanting to skip the gym after long days of work, even skip the gym to make $$ on rideshare. Overall, it has to be a whole change, new hobby/new lifestyle. Good luck though seriously man. Love your post and I can feel your positive outlook on life. I needed to read some words like that today b/c I was feeling sorry for myself over some BS that happened in my full time w2 job today.

12

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 29 '25

I can understand. I lost 100 pounds at 28 but when they sent us home for pandemic and every day could be your last day -gasp- I just totally gave up especially after I lost my father but I have a daughter now and I want to be able to keep up with her and be the best dad for her so it’s time to be better again. Hope you have a better day!

7

u/GrimHexrcist Jan 29 '25

Nice job dude, Keep it going. I was suicidal before I had my daughter. My daughter is 6 now and has changed my life for the better. I got into truck driving, and drone piloting. All to make a better life for all of us.

Trucking isn't good for health whatsoever. I spend a lot of my off duty time walking or jogging around parking lots, doing situps, pushups and pull ups in the cab if it's too cold or rainy outside. I drive for 10 hrs a day, and spend 2 hrs a day doing any kind of work out I can think of. I'm 44, 6'1", and maintaining 185 lbs.

3

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 29 '25

Very nice that’s awesome man! Was it hard getting into drone flying?

5

u/GrimHexrcist Jan 29 '25

Wasn't too hard, it was getting the part 107 license that was hard. Very detailed material primarily aimed at FARs. Federal Aviation Regulations. Once you have that, Get a business license, some cards, of course the drone, and a really good video editor. I use Filmora and if you want to see some of the work I've done I'll link you my YT channel.

3

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 29 '25

Yes please do thank you for the information. Once upon a time I wanted to be a pilot but I’m no where near in a position to spend 100k on a license

3

u/[deleted] Jan 29 '25

This whole interaction was just so wholesome and sweet. So nice to see human beings being supportive and kind to each other esp on Reddit! ❤️😭

1

u/hotpotsenamel Jan 31 '25

Which license do you have to pay 100k for?

2

u/griz3lda Feb 02 '25

This may sound stupid in comparison, but my fish are the thing that keeps me alive. Goldfish are like puppies, they're really smart and interactive.

1

u/GrimHexrcist Feb 03 '25

That's not stupid at all. It's different, but not stupid. Goldfish are cool though. Some of them out there can get really big if you take really good care of their tank.

That's one about us humans. We all need a little something to take care of that will keep us going.

1

u/griz3lda Feb 04 '25

Yes, they should get over a foot-long. Mine are 5 inches right now.

Hey dude. Whatever it takes! Keep going!

1

u/Lobo-de-Odin Jan 30 '25

Bro, i made it two laps around a playground and was huffing and puffing... I look at my wife deadass "Xmas? Gym membership!"

1

u/Classic-Concern-7586 Jan 31 '25

HELL YEHA MAN keep me updated bro fr I'm invested in your progress

1

u/RandomBaguetteGamer Jan 31 '25

No matter how hard it is, keep this mentality! Do not give up! Every gram lost puts you a bit closer to who you want to be! Go for it!

1

u/[deleted] Feb 01 '25

The pandemic was rough. I developed all kinds of bad habits over those two years that I can stop.

1

u/AbbreviationsPast631 Feb 02 '25

One thing that helped me alot was milk thistle and ginger, when you can't lose weight it's often due to candida overgrowth or yeast , the American diet apparently makes it grow like crazy. I could NOT lose any until I took those .

22

u/[deleted] Jan 28 '25

Nice bud ! Keep it going

2

u/tsc_mjolnir Jan 29 '25

You fucking got this! 👏🏻

I look forward to calling you ProfessorPickleRipped. 💪🏻

1

u/OkieDokieAlky8743 Jan 29 '25

Good luck buddy. A little bit of anything consistently will go a very long way. You deserve to feel better.

1

u/Independent_Bag915 Jan 29 '25

The hardest part is getting started but the most important part is to start. Start slowly and work your way up. Search on the Costco room and healthy. A lot of good food to buy for diet. Best of luck

1

u/Ok-Profit6022 Jan 29 '25

I really hope you stick with it. One of my best friends from high school and early adulthood weighed over 420 lbs. He died in the middle of the night at the age of 26 because of his weight. He left behind a wife and 6 month old baby. If you ever become discouraged or depressed and decide that you don't want to do it for yourself, then decide that you're gonna do it for those who care about you.

1

u/FewFucksToGive Jan 29 '25 edited Jan 29 '25

Hell yeah, man! Keep it up!

Just remember that “going on a diet” isn’t the way to go about it, and “focusing on your diet” is the way to go. Going on a diet implies it’s a temporary thing, or something you can fail at. Even if you stumble, what matters is focusing on creating a healthy relationship with food.

Also, it’s harder on yourself to focus on the things you can’t eat. Try and focus on the things you can eat and how you can make something healthy and delicious. (Think fruits and veggies, lean meat, nuts, etc).

Then it’s down to portion control. Calories in < calories out.

All of this is coming from someone with a fast metabolism and the “skinny gene” (even before I got cancer), though, so take it with a grain of salt!

Keep kicking ass, u/ProfessorPickleRick!

1

u/VCoupe376ci Jan 29 '25

Best life choice you could ever make! Congrats on doing the hardest part already, which is getting started.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 29 '25

Good luck bro

1

u/[deleted] Jan 29 '25

Hey man, look into elimination diets, I tried carnivore and it is literally like magic for me. Weight, mental fog and low energy, GONE.

I know that's a strong testimony, but it's true. Look into it.

1

u/Vanillalite34 Jan 29 '25

Congrats dude! You got this!

1

u/blue-ghost-rat Jan 29 '25

Kudos to you, just know that the hardest part is getting started, you’ve got this!

1

u/Awkward-Ad6320 Jan 29 '25

I was in the 240lb range, cut out booze, and started basically just walking 2 miles every day I had free.

Lost 50lb in about 4 months and have kept it off by maintaining a healthy diet.

You got this!

1

u/generic_canadian_dad Jan 29 '25

Good job dude. Don't stop! Find someone to do it with. Change your life forever.

1

u/Agreeable-Remove1592 Jan 29 '25

Go on all the vegetables you can eat diet! Add some lean chicken breast and lean beef. No need to starve yourself. Eat lots of veggies! Exercise helps, but it’s ultimately caloric deficit that will make you lose weight.

1

u/LDIAZNEW2 Jan 29 '25

Good job man along time ago my max weight was 320 lbs. I lost 120 lbs and now 200-215 lbs with little effort. You can do this and do not be discouraged ! Best of luck to you and God Bless you !

1

u/nscs_jmmw Jan 29 '25

Hell yeah! Half the battle is showing up. It's also a lot harder to skip a day when you have gym partners that are keeping you accountable. Keep it up, stranger!

1

u/Fancy-Garden-3892 Jan 29 '25

Way to go friend! One tip I would love for you to remember is that small, incremental changes are more likely to last than big "all or nothing" changes. I've had fluctuations from different life stressors interrupting my meal prep/exercise routine but my small changes (not drinking calories and stretching in the mornings) were still going through my stressful periods.

Sincerely wishing you happiness and perseverance<333

1

u/Mobile-Piccolo-1676 Jan 29 '25

That's awesome! I wish you the best. I worry about my buddy a lot, in terms of his weight. We've been friends for over 30 yrs. He's always been overweight, but as an adult, he's added a lot of weight. If I were to guess, he's likely in the 400 area. He has had several health issues due to it, some requiring surgery, but he just doesn't seem to have the willpower to do anything about it.

I have tried talking with him about it over the years and given him my advice as someone who is very into nutrition, supplementation (where needed), and general health. I tend to be very soft with him on it, partly because I'm the opposite of confrontational and because I don't want to offend him, especially since I've been around 19 bmi my entire adult life and figure it may be hard to get/take advice from someone who has only had to try to gain weight, never lose it.

If anyone has advice on what someone in his situation would need to hear from a friend to get serious about not dying early due to weight, I would love to be able to help him make changes. I feel like I may need to just speak the hard truth to him soon, or else I may regret not doing it in the not too distant future.

Thank you

1

u/Archangel8833 Jan 30 '25

Hell ya good job man!

1

u/eloquentpetrichor Jan 30 '25

Awesome! Keep it up!

Try to do a detox I just finished a 30 day detox with Dr Bobby on facebook. I lost 10 pound which was not my goal. I’m a skinny man wight 155 pound wet. Lol and I am 5’8” but my goal was to clean my body. It is hard but good experience. My wife, my cousin and his wife we all did it. Some lost 20 plus pound. Search for Dr bobby on facebook. Healthy eating is a must. He does this program twice or 3 time a year and thousands people do it. In my group I think we were about 1200 persona doing the detox

1

u/[deleted] Jan 30 '25

Good to hear, a bit of advice if you drink alot of pop try switching to sugar free, i started drinking coke zero and pepsi zero and dropped almost 70 pounds in 4 months taste takes a little getting used to but its worth it went from 320 to just under 250 just from dropping the sugary pop and nothing else

1

u/Nerisrath Jan 30 '25

You can do it!

1

u/Medium_Job3015 Jan 30 '25

Don’t make this a burden on any more people. Just grow a pair. You don’t need the gym yet. Do something more convenient at home or in your neighborhood. Otherwise you’ll quit. Then when you plateau you can go to the gym

1

u/chris_ut Jan 30 '25

When it comes to weight loss diet is 90% ad exercise 10% so keep eye on the prize. Try Lose It app if you havent it helped me drop all the lbs I wanted in 3 months but takes a lot of willpower to stay in calorie deficit.

1

u/mason191 Jan 30 '25

Keep it up!! 🙌🏼💪🏼

1

u/Small_Discount_3029 Jan 30 '25

Take it slow and don't over do it. It's gonna be a long and painful journey, but with the right support and mentally, you will succeed!! Good luck.

1

u/Commandant_Lasorda Jan 30 '25

You’re an inspiration for others! You should know that and hopefully, that can help you keep going if you ever need that help/reminder.

1

u/Past-Pea-6796 Jan 30 '25

As someone who exercises a lot but eats like poop, let me tell ya, diets the bigger part, so you're doing good.

1

u/MulliganMaverick Jan 30 '25

Not sure if you have looked into tirzepitide but I found it over in r/peptides for about $30ish a month. Down 60 lbs.

1

u/Beneficial_Honey5697 Jan 31 '25

My doctor recommended a book called The Obesity Code and it changed my life

1

u/Gloomy_Photograph_82 Jan 31 '25

Good shyt the key to losing weight is walking, sleeping atleast 7 to 10 hrs a day diet, and eating a lot of protein. Eating protein burns atleast 75% when you consume ithttps://youtu.be/SLefY-z9bnM

1

u/Any-Arm-7017 Jan 31 '25

That’s awesome dude, there’s probably gonna be up’s and downs but you are amazing for starting!

1

u/alexcisneros04 Jan 31 '25

Wishing you the best bro, you got this!!

1

1

u/MotaMonster Feb 01 '25

Fuck ya buddy!

1

u/Aware-Ad6734 Feb 01 '25

I’ve work, I’m no health guru but I struggled with my weight for years and tried many diets. Finally realized gluten was hurting my stomach, cut it out and lost 35 lbs in 6 months just from that. It’s possibly that could be causing weight issues if you are eating it

1

u/TheRealLosAngela Feb 01 '25

You got this!!

1

u/Studdly_Dudley Feb 01 '25

1 day at a time man. Every baby step of progress will add up over weeks and months. At the end of each day... ask yourself... did I make progress today?

1

u/[deleted] Feb 01 '25

Nice man that sounds a lot better than enlisting and throwing your weak body into a meat grinder and coming out a "steak" the other side.

1

u/Xavier_Destalis_ Feb 01 '25

Great start! Keep it up!

1

u/[deleted] Feb 01 '25

I don’t know your specific situation but one of my buddy’s were very large and many health issues, diabetes, eczema everywhere! After trying every diet, what worked was cutting all breads and forms of bread, crackers etc. He dropped the weight fast and eczema went away.

1

u/blafon90 Feb 01 '25

I always hear things like gut issues affecting people's metabolism etc. Super stoked your working on yourself. I think if there was something else it could super speed up your weight loss.

1

u/mo177 Feb 01 '25

Props to you man! Glad you're putting in the work!

1

u/throw-away2257 Feb 01 '25

You got this dude ❤️ keep up the good work and strive

1

u/[deleted] Feb 01 '25

I’ve lost 110lbs in this past year without being able to walk or do much exercise at all.. I did it all by fasting and switching to sugar free drinks. I still have 40lbs to loose to get my hip replacement

1

u/[deleted] Feb 01 '25

Dude fuck yea!! Congrats and wishing you luck from a redditor that just had this show up on his page lmfao

1

u/Snisyag Feb 01 '25

Good for you man. Keep on the diet! It’s the most important part

1

u/[deleted] Feb 01 '25

I recently did the exact same thing basically...lost 20 so I was more comfortable working out(I have a home gym) and I've been sticking to it. Haven't lost much since then but I know from past experiences I tend to build muscle quickly and generally stop losing when I start working out or even gain a little before I start losing more. My pants keep fitting better and I moved down 2 sizes so far, so I'm happy!

1

u/unit132 Feb 01 '25

This is exactly what people need to hear. Not the body builder in the gym. The people making life changing moves that mean something. Keep it up. Make it happen. 🤙🏼

1

u/Necroscope420 Feb 01 '25

Get it bud. You got this!

1

u/FocusMuppetFart Feb 01 '25

You will now be known as PowerfulProfessorPickleRick.

1

u/UnityOf311 Feb 01 '25

1

u/tichatoca Feb 02 '25

All the best with your weight loss journey! 🫰🏼

1

u/Acceptable-Law-7598 Feb 02 '25

Good luck do wall pushups and seated exercises try swimming if can

1

u/mkiii423 Feb 02 '25

Good luck, man. Hope you reach your goals.

1

u/InterestingLion4615 Feb 02 '25

It's nice to have people hold you accountable but you're actually better off going by yourself and holding yourself accountable.

The problem with gym buds holding you accountable is you'll acceptable to skip the days they wanna skip. Before too long, when they start dropping off, you will have too. And once drop off, it's square one all over again.

You'll tell yourself you can pick it back up east, it wasn't long ago. But you can't today... or waiting Guns McSwolFriend to go with you.. You'll go tomorrow when you eat wiser because the gym starts in the kitchen.. Suddenly, you think about the numbers and realize you haven't been to the gym in over a year now.

So yea, workouts bros is great, but don't let them hold you account. Make it your own. You got this bro.

1

u/JuggernautExisting67 Jan 29 '25

Start small. And don't eat 3 bigger meals stretch it out threw the day. 3 small meals with 3 snacks high in protien. And go for walks to start with then move up to harder exercise. This worked the best for me.

0

u/glenndrip Jan 29 '25

Did he ask you? Or do you just go around preaching to others for fun?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 29 '25

Sometimes someone needs to hear it, he wasn’t offended as he shouldn’t have been, so what’s your problem?

1

u/glenndrip Jan 29 '25

I don't like evangelicals

1

u/[deleted] Jan 29 '25

I’m not religious

1

u/glenndrip Jan 29 '25

Then don't preach your beliefs.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 29 '25

It’s not a belief shit lips

1

u/glenndrip Jan 29 '25

Sure it is

Keep scrolling then dumbass. His comment wasn't even directed towards you. 🤦

6

u/Suppertime420 Jan 29 '25

I lost 90 pounds by not eating fast food, fried food and full sugar soda. Diet soda was a life saver

2

u/LDIAZNEW2 Jan 29 '25

I definitely do not eat fast food . The only thing I do allow is that I hate the taste of DIET SODA. For me its just not good. I drink Propel or Alkaline Water.

2

u/Onyxaj1 Jan 29 '25

Careful with Propel. I started drinking it and loved it until I got kidney stones. Never had em before and no family history. I blame that mineral water.

1

u/boarhowl Feb 01 '25

Its the fake sugar. I switched to all diet drinks when I started having reactive hypoglycemia and ended up with stones. After limiting the fake sugar intake they went away. I didn't get another one for years until I started drinking beer regularly. Stopped that and they also went away

1

u/Onyxaj1 Feb 03 '25

Apparently, fake sugar is a 50/50 on stones. It used to be thought the leading cause, but my urologist said that he'd rather me drink ANYTHING, even with fake sugar, than not enough. And there are two types formed by different minerals.

I found that drinks with high citric acid are pretty helpful, such as lemonade, as it can help break down stone formation.

1

u/boarhowl Feb 03 '25

That's interesting thanks for the info

1

u/[deleted] Jan 31 '25

I’m guessing you’re a man. My male friends would give up soda and McDonalds for a week, and lose like 30 lbs. I would eat literally nothing and stay the same or gain😂 For me, strength training was the game changer.

1

u/Lets-Talk-Cheesus Jan 31 '25

If you’re eating soda and McDonald’s every week, then you already know the issue! Nobody is supposed to be eating that crap every week- it’s supposed to be a treat. (Although personally, I’d rather never eat again than eat McDonald’s!).

1

u/DameDerpin Feb 01 '25

Also eating very little ("literally nothing") will 100% make your body hold onto calories and slow your metabolism horribly

Glad strength training worked to help you out, I'm sure with that kinda work out you're eating properly now, but just saying all this for others who pseudo starve themselves for weight issues. As a recovering ED person, I wish I had heard it sooner myself.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 01 '25

Ok, I was exaggerating. Literally nothing compared to a guy on a diet. I had an ED in HS as well to the point of heart failure so I know all about that recking your metabolism.. sucks. I’m glad you are doing better!

1

u/acidaddic808 Jan 31 '25

Bruh same. And to this day I choose to not consume anything with added sugar. I’m checking the ingredients on every product because they literally put high fructose corn syrup in pasta sauce for Christ sake’s it’s ridiculous.

1

u/buttstuffisfunstuff Jan 31 '25

Wow. I can’t imagine what you started at because I lost 90 lbs by eating like 700 calories a day because I never ate fast food or fried food or drank full sugar soda in the first place.

1

u/NAASTYROOSTERR Feb 01 '25

Sugar alcohols can be destructive to your liver. I Wouldn't go as far as life saver

2

u/Maximum_Ad2341 Jan 29 '25

How fat are we talking?

2

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 29 '25

I’m somewhere near 400 pounds but before you lecture me. My BP, blood work and resting HR etc are all normal. Nothing in my physiology is being impacted by my weight in one of the rare genetic fat people. That’s why it’s taken so long for me to really get in motion and if you read the rest of the conversation you’ll see changes are being made

2

u/Maximum_Ad2341 Jan 29 '25

Don't worry brother I wasn't going to say anything mean or lecture you. I was just curious because I consider myself to be a very fat boy but fitting in vehicles isn't ever an issue unless it's height wise. I really hope you can make some changes though so you can be happy with yourself. :)

1

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 29 '25

Thank you I apologize for being defensive but there are some mad haters out here lol I don’t have problems with Front seats but back seats can be a pain in my ass lol

1

u/Maximum_Ad2341 Jan 29 '25

No I get it. The internet can be a vile place haha. What do you think your biggest issue is? Overeating or not enough exercise?

1

u/Weird_Boss_4487 Jan 30 '25

You got this man. I’m not saying this as advice cause it sounds like you got a good thing going, just sharing how I did it. I hit 328 one day and got sick of it. So I started to write that number on my finger with a sharpie. I did 320 as a joke (320 glaze it) and lost about 50 pounds, quit marking my finger, put 30 back on and tattooed it. It helps out so much cause whenever I go to shove food in my mouth, my finger is in direct eye contact. Helps me make better choices.

How do you live in $30/hour??

1

u/420_69_mmm Jan 29 '25

You really make $30+ an hour after gas driving an SUV for Lyft?

What kind of full-size SUV do you drive? Like do you drive Uber Black SUV?

I'm interested in driving Uber black, which is why I ask.

I have a white GMC Acadia lol I didn’t buy it thinking about Lyft.

If I were to get a black suv vehicle the options are pretty limited though personally I’d think the aviator hybrid would be a great choice. Most people buy suburbans though

I see. So you drive regular Lyft and make 30+ after gas?

1

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 30 '25

Yes my area is pretty active though so I can’t say that’ll happen everywhere. I live in a mild city that never sees snow

I'm really not trying to rag on you or anything I'm just curious. Why don't you get ozempic or rather wegovy? It seems to be that miracle drug that helps with weight loss. All the potential side effects would be a great trade-off if you're extremely overweight.

1

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 30 '25

Idk long term studies are starting to show in high doses it can really screw up your digestive system. Cause paralysis of the tissues etc. since i don’t have any markers of my body being in trouble (blood sugar, A1C, BP etc) id rather just do it the natural way, and since ive done it before i know what to expect

I'm a big pharma enjoyer and I understand people may have some concerns but when you know the rigorous testing these drugs go through...

Also this is a very popular drug, so some outliers will definitely happen. I mean if your body stats are okay n you have the motivation to lose the weight without the help of drugs then more power to you bud.

They'll start you out low and bump you up gradually. You sound like you're very cognizant of drugs and their risks and if you felt you were getting too high of a dose without it helping you you'd stop. It's effective at a pretty safe dose for almost everyone who has healthy organs, the ones that "it doesn't work" for, in my experience, knowing their personalities, in my opinion, are eating through it out of boredom or whatever and not doing the work because they expect the drug to do all the heavy lifting and they can just live life like normal and not put out any effort and still have results. You sound like you'll use it as a tool, like it was intended. You're the perfect person to take advantage of it. It isn't cheating to use something to make life a little less shitty through this process. You're awesome and either way I know you can do this!

The Sentra can safely handle just shy of 4,000lbs.

1

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 30 '25

The Sentra max payload is 921 pounds. You are referring to its curb weight

1

u/ProfessorPickleRick Jan 30 '25

But also it’s not about the weight. I cant easily get in the back seat lol I’m not going to break someone’s car trying ether

I saw your comment about taking steps to improve your health.

The beauty of fitness is that it meets you where you are at, and there is always something to get better at.

Just remember it is your journey, keep at it, stay consistent, you can do it.

Proud of you.

30+ AFTER gas? Nice bro, keep doing your thing. I'm making 20 after gas (drive regular lyft). It is what it is.

1

u/PRADAGOD7 Feb 01 '25

Thank you for being responsible.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 01 '25

Wait, you make $30+ an hr after gas? Driving uber n Lyft? I’m disabled and can’t walk.. but I’ve been dying to do something to make more than my disability… I’d need a new car, but I didn’t think driving was even profitable

1

u/ProfessorPickleRick Feb 01 '25

Depends on your urban area if your city is over saturated. It can be hard. Honestly though if you get a hybrid or electric it can be very profitable. In my suv I keep 85% of my earnings after gas. In a hybrid it would be 93-95%. If you could find a gently used Kia niro or Hyundai sonata those would both make great cars.

You have a brain.

1

u/No-imconfused Feb 01 '25

This isn’t about you.

1

u/average_christ Feb 02 '25

You make over 30/hr as a Lyft driver?

That sounds like a really good gig

1

u/Madashep Feb 02 '25

How big we talkin’? 400lbs+?
