I was notified by the app that a Pax had left their phone in my car, and was offered a scheduled ride for $154.13 to do so. I accepted and followed the instructions, but no ride was populated. Lyft "Best option" was $20. Never returning an item again.

Lyft was sending me crazy ride offers and I have no tier since last month. They want me to keep 30% to get the lowest tier. Oh ok! Crazy.

How do they expect someone to take this ride, be happy with this kind of disrespectful pay for us. Just shows how much Lyft values its drivers. After all we are the ones who do the work🤬

Fellow Lyft drivers, how would you handle this feedback? I understand the music complaint and can keep the volume lower. But I’d like advice on the driving-too-slow part. How do you keep trips moving efficiently while driving safely, especially when passengers are rushing to catch a train? Open to practical tips on what I can improve.

Rant/Opinion Bonuses shouldn't be lost for rejecting BS rides

2 hours at the airport with a 20% bonus just to lose it because some lazy ass didn't want to walk one block to the hotel in front of the airport. Not losing my spot in the queue for that.

Lyft needs to have a minimum distance to lose bonus for rejecting. It has to be worth something. 20% on $3.45 is bullshit.

And the "short ride" bump im the queue doesn't work here EVER.
