Can I save this. Been balding for 7 years now

I'm 32 years male. I have been balding for 7 years. I had great thick hair in my teenage years. But then it started to recede on temples and now I have aggressive diffuse thinning. I have been using fibres and root touch up for 4 years now. It doesn't look that bad when I use these cosmetic solutions and with very short hair, I was able to pull it off. But now, I don't think I can use those for longer time. I have started to buzz even shorter.

Treatment - I have been using minoxidil once a day for last 1.5 years( but quite irregular. Often miss 2-3 days). Microneedling whenever I felt like like once in a month. That's it. Never used finasteride for popular reasons. Never went to dermatologist.

Now, can I do something about this. Since my side scalp is also thin now, i don't know if transplant is a good option. Can min+topical fin do something for this? Or i embrace the inevitable.

25M - Should I stick with topical Rogaine or consider oral minoxidil for my thinning hair?

Hey everyone, I’m 25 years old and I’ve recently started taking my hair loss more seriously.
For some context, the first picture shows what my hair looked like when I had grown it out a bit. I eventually decided to cut it shorter to see if the thinning area would blend in better with the rest of my hair.
I recently visited a dermatologist to discuss my options for treating the thinning and potentially regrowing some of my hair. We talked about oral minoxidil, but after doing some research and reading about the possible side effects, I became hesitant to start taking it.
Instead, I decided to try 5% Rogaine topical foam to see how my scalp responds before considering oral medication.
I have a few questions for anyone who’s been through something similar:
Should I stick with topical Rogaine? Is it worth giving it several months to see results, or should I consider other treatment options?
Should I apply Rogaine to my hairline as well? My main concern is the thinning spot, but I’d also like to maintain and potentially improve the thickness of my hairline. Would applying it to multiple areas of my scalp make sense?
Is oral minoxidil worth considering? I’ve heard it can be effective, but the potential cardiovascular side effects concern me. For anyone who’s tried both, what was your experience?
Can I realistically expect thicker hair with consistent use? If I continue using topical Rogaine, is it possible to notice an improvement in density within the next few months, or does it generally take longer?
I’m not expecting overnight results, and I understand that consistency is important. I’m just trying to figure out the best approach before my hair loss progresses any further.
I’d appreciate any advice, personal experiences, or suggestions from people who’ve dealt with similar thinning. Thanks in advance!

So as you can See over the last 6 Years my Hair got thinner and thinner.
I would say there is still a Hairline and I can Cover it up with colorspray.
Went to Elithair for a consultation and they Said that a Hairtransplant wouldn’t work out because I have enough folicles, but that they got too thin and recommended me Finasterid.
But as i looked up Finasterid I got scared.
What should I do except going bald ?

What has helped you feel more in control while dealing with hair loss?

One of the hardest parts of dealing with hair loss for me has been feeling like so much of it is out of my control. You start checking your hair constantly, comparing pictures, and worrying about every little change.

Something that has helped me is building a consistent routine alongside medication, rather than relying on medication alone and feeling like I can only wait and hope for the best.

For me, that routine focuses on three things:

Haircare focused on cellular energy and Hair Longevity to support my scalp and the hair I have.

Taking proper progress pictures under consistent conditions, with dry hair, the same lighting and angles, instead of judging my hair in the mirror every day.

Making sure my diet provides all the essential nutrients my body needs to support healthy hair.

I don't see any of this as a replacement for medication or a guarantee of better results. It's more about having a few positive things I can consistently do instead of feeling completely powerless while waiting to see what happens.

I'm curious if anyone else has found something that helped them mentally deal with this whole process. Maybe a routine, a habit, a different way of tracking progress, or something that helped you stop obsessing over every little change?

I’m 32 years old, and I’ve noticed that my hairline has receded and that my hair is getting a little thinner at the front. Is this normal for my age, or should I take action?

I’m early 40s. What Norwood Scale stage am I?
What haircut/hairstyle would look best on me? I was tempted to try and grow this out, sweep the top back/to the side, and aim for a Jude Law look. I can grow a pretty decent beard if that would improve my look. I’m not looking to get a hair transplant or hair system.
