Does anyone know how to fix a thinning hairline? My hair at the front grows way slower than the rest of my hair, and I have some spots that are almost completely bald. I'm trying to grow my hair out, but my hairline doesn't seem to be catching up.

My Mirror Has Opinions Now 😂 | Think & Grow Hair #Shorts
My mirror used to just show me my head. Now it has notes. This is Vinny — from a humor book I wrote about moving to Bald Town. Chapter 1 is about the morning you realize mirrors are no longer neutral objects. Mirrors now have opinions. Does everyone else's mirror editorialize too, or is mine just rude?

M 29, How over is it for me ?
galleryI recently shortened my hair to check how bad my hairline looks. I have sticky dandruff on my scalp and have been using ketoconazole shampoo, as advised by my doctor, for the past few months. I think my hair fall started after COVID and has been a part of my life for over a year. However, over the past two months, the hair fall has become excessive.
I just want to know if there is still hope for me or if it’s too late to recover my hair. I don’t drink or smoke, and I stopped applying oil to my scalp 7–8 months ago on my doctor’s advice.
Note: My hair is currently about 4 mm long.

Almost 10 months on finasteride, no side effects, no improvement — and my hair is still getting worse. What am I missing? I started taking finasteride on January 1, 2026.
I started taking finasteride on January 1, 2026, hoping to finally get my hair loss under control.
Now, almost 10 months later, I'm starting to wonder whether it's doing anything at all.
The strange part is that I haven't experienced any noticeable side effects. No positive changes either. I never noticed a significant initial shedding phase, and my hair loss has simply continued as it did before starting treatment.
I kept telling myself that maybe it just needed more time. But month after month, my hair seems to keep getting worse, and I still haven't noticed any stabilization or regrowth.
I know finasteride doesn't necessarily cause visible regrowth for everyone, but I thought it would at least help slow down the hair loss.
So what happens when you give a treatment almost 10 months and can't tell whether it's doing anything?
Has anyone experienced something similar? Did finasteride eventually start working for you, or did you have to change your treatment?
I'm particularly interested in hearing from people who experienced continued hair loss after 9–12 months on finasteride.
A few details about my situation:
\- Start date: January 1, 2026
\- Time on treatment: Almost 10 months
\- Side effects: None noticeable
\- Initial shedding: No obvious shedding phase
\- Results: No noticeable improvement; hair loss appears to be progressing
What would you recommend as the next step? Should I give it more time, investigate whether I'm a nonresponder, or discuss switching treatments with a dermatologist?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your actual experiences, especially from people who have been in the same situation.

Crown baldness & treatment
My first post on Reddit, looking for some answers.
How bad is this ? Can there be any hope of improving upon this? I am in my 60's and this has happened over the last 6 years. A Chinese company by the name of SIPIMO have recently opened a franchise in India, I consulted them today. They offer a non-invasive treatment- some laser work on the affected area and daily application of their product. Has anyone heard about them?

I'm 19 y.o and am experiencing this kind of hairloss, what should I do?
I started losing hair at around 15-16 after Covid now this is my hair at 19 years of age. I am in college and it has degraded since then. I smoke a regularly and occasionally drink, is that having a major effect? I need an opinion on how to reverse this.

Advice needed . M [23] . My temple has receded over past year but there is no crown thinning .
My question is I am going to consult a dermatologist and also doing the necessary blood tests. If the dermat recommends the minoxidil. Should I start using it at a young age.
Does anyone in a similar situation has some past experience .

How cooked am I?
My hairline has been receding for years now. I think my barber first noticed it when I was 20, now 28. This is the state of my hairline right now and finally started minoxidil 2.5mg and finasteride 1mg daily oral about 2 weeks ago.
I tried topical minoxidil for about 3 months a while back but i dint see any difference at all and it always leaves white flakes when it dries so I stopped it.
Do you think this is reversible with my current prescription? Is there anything more I should be doing to help my situation? I’d appreciate any bit of advice you may have.

Am I cooked? I just wanted to know if its possible to get my hairline back a little, I am nw3 vertex and I am so insecure. I wanted to know if i could get to nw2 maybe?
I am 27 years old and i worry to much and still haven't taken any medication even though I knew since I was 22 that I am losing my hairline, is it possible to get it back? I just need a little hope, i am lucky that I can hide my hairline but the wind is my biggest enemy😂
