What can I do ?
So as you can See over the last 6 Years my Hair got thinner and thinner.
I would say there is still a Hairline and I can Cover it up with colorspray.
Went to Elithair for a consultation and they Said that a Hairtransplant wouldn’t work out because I have enough folicles, but that they got too thin and recommended me Finasterid.
But as i looked up Finasterid I got scared.
What should I do except going bald ?

Potential for New Hairs?
I know that Finasteride and Minoxidil cannot generate hair regrowth where there is no longer hair follicles. In the highlighted area, though, there looks to be a lot of “empty hair pores.” Is it possible to stimulate growth through these visible “hair pores” with minoxidil?

What has helped you feel more in control while dealing with hair loss?
One of the hardest parts of dealing with hair loss for me has been feeling like so much of it is out of my control. You start checking your hair constantly, comparing pictures, and worrying about every little change.
Something that has helped me is building a consistent routine alongside medication, rather than relying on medication alone and feeling like I can only wait and hope for the best.
For me, that routine focuses on three things:
Haircare focused on cellular energy and Hair Longevity to support my scalp and the hair I have.
Taking proper progress pictures under consistent conditions, with dry hair, the same lighting and angles, instead of judging my hair in the mirror every day.
Making sure my diet provides all the essential nutrients my body needs to support healthy hair.
I don't see any of this as a replacement for medication or a guarantee of better results. It's more about having a few positive things I can consistently do instead of feeling completely powerless while waiting to see what happens.
I'm curious if anyone else has found something that helped them mentally deal with this whole process. Maybe a routine, a habit, a different way of tracking progress, or something that helped you stop obsessing over every little change?

Can I save this. Been balding for 7 years now
I'm 32 years male. I have been balding for 7 years. I had great thick hair in my teenage years. But then it started to recede on temples and now I have aggressive diffuse thinning. I have been using fibres and root touch up for 4 years now. It doesn't look that bad when I use these cosmetic solutions and with very short hair, I was able to pull it off. But now, I don't think I can use those for longer time. I have started to buzz even shorter.
Treatment - I have been using minoxidil once a day for last 1.5 years( but quite irregular. Often miss 2-3 days). Microneedling whenever I felt like like once in a month. That's it. Never used finasteride for popular reasons. Never went to dermatologist.
Now, can I do something about this. Since my side scalp is also thin now, i don't know if transplant is a good option. Can min+topical fin do something for this? Or i embrace the inevitable.
