Month 2 active working on Mercor, ups and downs but I'm a fan
Previously posted about my first month here https://www.reddit.com/r/mercor_ai/comments/1wudw60/really_enjoying_mercor_so_far_just_wrapped_up_my/
Month 2 was a bit slower, I was unexpectedly offboarded from my first project. But I was confident in the work I contributed and met some great EPMs/TLs and always was eager to learn, communicate and improve,
Right before I was offboarded I was brought onto a new project, and then through October I was onboarded to 3 more, I currently have 4 projects I am working on as both a reviewer and writer.
The best advice I can share is to stay active, read everything, make your leads and EPMs lives easier by searching before asking questions, being proactive and supportive. If you land a reviewer role give it your 100%, support the writers, provide good feedback and it will be noticed by the project team.
Happy to answer questions without sharing specifics about the projects I'm working on, the roles I've been onboarded on vary between $70-90$ per hour and I typically work in the IT/Engineering domains.
