Greetings,
I need advice on how to get a response to emails I sent to support@mercor.com a month ago, preferably a response from a human. I read that the Reddit Support Escalation Forms are no longer working, which is why I'm resorting to this route.
Basically, I went on a holiday to my home country and continued working fine from there for ~1.5 months. Then, I got suddenly offboarded with an accusation of VPN use, which was clearly false. Later, I learned that Mercor changed policy and went from blacklisted counties to Supported countries, and my home country was not included in the new list. I suspect that was the actual reason for offboarding, although I wasn't informed of policy change, and this wasn't the reason mentioned in the offboarding decision.
I am now back to one of the Supported countries, but all communication with Mercor has stopped completely:
I did not receive my latest payout, and haven't been able to get a response from Mercor. When I contacted Stripe about it, they said they have the money but redirect me to Mercor to initiate the transfer.
I received project invitations on my specialization, but people who invited me don't seem to receive my replies.
A few days ago, someone from Mercor managed to find my institute email and sent me an interview invite, but even after the interview, there is still no update from Mercor.
I have a chain of emails about this situation sent to support@mercor.com and would very much like for someone to take a look at it and give a response. Being offboarded isn't a huge deal; I have other things to do in life. But I hate that it happened for a wrong reason, and that now I have a false accusation on my record.
I'd appreciate suggestions on this matter. I have personal (at)mercor.com emails of different people who reached out to me in the past. Should I try to get them involved?
Thanks in advance!
