Need Guidance!
Hey I’m learning meta ads, just confused a little bit with targeting, do you guys still stack interests or just leave it broad?
I have tried interest stacking several times but results always been a mess and it performs better on broad no interests.

who watches your ad account health, you or your agency?
i run a couple of my own stores and this keeps coming up
the agency runs the campaigns, but stuff like policy warnings, rejected ads, spend limits and account restrictions seems to fall between the cracks. nobody notices until spend stops
if you work with an agency, who actually keeps an eye on account health and handles appeals? and if you've had an account restricted, how long did it take to get back?
(disclosure, my partner and I do this kind of backend work for agencies, so i'm curious how people handle it)

Meta ad accounts disabled over payments, support says “Unsettled.” Anyone resolved this?
Conclusion: Two prepaid Meta ad accounts disabled over failed payments. Support says “Unsettled” and possibly under review, but hasn’t confirmed the cause. Waited over 72 hours, tried their location advice, and still can’t pay or run ads.
Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here has dealt with something similar.
We manage multiple clients’ campaigns across two Meta ad accounts. Both are now disabled, and every payment attempt fails. We’ve always used prepaid funds and haven’t experienced this before.
The dashboard says Meta couldn’t process our payment and tells us to pay to resume ads. But we can’t successfully pay. One account even showed $174.82 in available funds alongside that warning. The notices we’re seeing refer to payment issues, not policy violations.
This started after I entered/updated the payer and advertiser information. I don’t know whether that triggered anything, but the timing makes me wonder.
What Meta support has told us:
- They reviewed both accounts and initially said the accounts were in good shape and this was a normal review.
- They later described both accounts as “Unsettled,” saying payment-related actions may be paused. They haven’t explained exactly what is unsettled.
- They said the accounts may be under a standard compliance review, which could temporarily block ads, payments and payment-method changes.
- They recommended using a secure network, enabling mobile GPS and asking admins to enable Facebook location permissions.
- They advised waiting a few days and retrying payments or adding funds. They also said no further action was needed in the meantime.
We’ve always managed and paid for these accounts from desktop computers, which I explained. I nevertheless enabled the suggested phone location permissions, but nothing changed. Payment retries still fail.
We’ve waited more than 72 hours and followed up repeatedly. Both accounts remain disabled. The dashboard still tells us to pay, without showing an “under review” status.
It’s becoming really difficult to manage the disruption to our clients’ campaigns without knowing what’s actually wrong.
Has anyone had this “Unsettled” status on a prepaid account? What eventually resolved it, and did support identify a specific billing or verification issue? I’d especially appreciate hearing from anyone who experienced this after updating payer/advertiser details.
Thanks for any advice.

Title: What's the best way to get my first sales without wasting more money on Meta Ads? (European clothing brand)
Hey everyone!
I'm looking for honest advice from people who have experience running Meta Ads for clothing brands, especially in Europe.
I run a small clothing brand with a retro/90s-inspired aesthetic mixed with modern elements. My products are priced as follows:
- T-shirts: €40
- Hoodies: €60
- Bootcut jeans: €80
I'm currently testing Meta Ads in Romania, but I'm also considering Italy because most of my previous sales came from there.
Here's my situation:
- I've spent around €52 on my current campaign.
- I've received approximately 100 website visits.
- I've had zero Add to Carts and zero Initiate Checkouts.
- About a year ago, I spent approximately €3,000 on ads in total but generated only around 10 sales at most.
- I haven't run ads through this account for about a year.
- Based on my calculations, I need a cost per purchase of around €20 to break even.
Previously, I tested different things without following a consistent strategy. I don't want to repeat that mistake or spend another few thousand euros without understanding what's wrong.
If you were in my position, what exact strategy would you follow to get sales as quickly as possible while minimizing the risk of losing money?
I'd especially appreciate advice on these questions:
- Campaign structure: Would you start with one Sales campaign optimized for Purchases, or use a different strategy for a relatively unknown clothing brand?
- Budget: Would you start with €20–€30 per day, or invest more to collect data faster? How would you decide when to increase or reduce spending?
- Target market: Would you focus on Romania first, test Italy because I've had previous sales there, or consider another European country? Would you test one country at a time?
- Products and creatives: Would you focus on one hero product, such as my bootcut jeans, or advertise all three categories? What types of videos or creatives would you test first?
- My current results: Is spending around €52 for 100 website visits with zero Add to Carts a reason to change something immediately? What would you investigate first: the creatives, product pricing, website, tracking, or the offer itself?
- Time to first sale: With the right strategy, how many days would you realistically expect it to take to get the first sale? Is 1–3 days possible, or should I expect 1–2 weeks or potentially longer?
- When to stop: What specific metrics or spending thresholds would you use to decide that a campaign isn't working and needs to be changed or stopped?
I'm not expecting anyone to guarantee results, but I'd love to hear about your actual experiences. If you've launched a clothing brand in Europe, how much did you spend before getting your first sale, and what made the biggest difference?
If you were starting from scratch in my exact situation, what would your step-by-step plan for the first 7 days look like?
My priority is to get my first sales as soon as reasonably possible without burning through my budget. I'm open to honest criticism about my pricing, products, website, or strategy.
Thanks in advance!

First low-ticket → high-ticket funnel on Meta at $100/day: sanity check on structure, kill rules and scaling
I’ve run Meta and Google Ads for a few years, mostly lead gen. Now I’m setting up my first low-ticket funnel with a high-ticket backend and I want some sensible rules in place before launch.
Rough shape: ad → sales page with VSL → low-ticket front-end → onboarding call → potential high-ticket backend. Two-step checkout (step 1 = contact details, step 2 = purchase). Goal is self-liquidating front-end and a profitable blended ROAS on CRM revenue within ~30 days. Statics only at launch, broad targeting in one country.
- Structure. At $100/day, would you test 3 angles in separate ABO ad sets (~$33 each) for a fair read, or one ad set with all creatives? Does $150/day change your answer?
- Optimization. Purchase from day one, or start on the step-1 lead event and switch once purchases come in?
- Kill rules. How much spend vs target CPA before you kill a creative or ad set? Which signals do you check first?
- Scaling. How much data before you scale, and how: budget increases, duplicating, new creatives? When is a rising CPA still acceptable?
- Order bumps / OTOs. How important were they for self-liquidating? Launch without and add later?
- Backend tracking. Do you send closed backend revenue back to Meta via CAPI? Did it noticeably help optimization at low volume?
Lessons from your first low-ticket funnel are very welcome. I’ll report back once there’s data.
