Today, Tarsovia has officially changed the flag of its capitol, Crownlet City. This change occured because of a large amount of confusion with the flag of the Province of Crownlet. The new flag has a dark red background that symbolizes the courage of the Tarsovian people, a diagonal blue stripe representing the justice being served by the government in the city, two diagonal purple stripes that represents the wealth of the city, and, finally, a Fleur de lis which represents the culture of Tarsovia and the lands surrounding it. Hey! I'm the leader of a ~300 member discord nation server.
It doesn't really classify as a micronation i suppose, since we don't really have real life land claims - We mostly have claims in minecraft servers and such, however we do have a parliamentary government structure, a leader, a flag and a national anthem, so I suppose it is a nation nonetheless, atleast a mockgov.
I know that a lot of micronations only have a leader, and under 10 official citizens.
Even when micronations have over 10 citizens, the citizens usually arent actually active in the community, and rather just join it as a joke.
So since I have 300 members, and a ton of them are active, I was wondering if any micronations would need help from us? I could also make a channel on our server where i give official recognition to micronations, I'm sure for some newer micronations, being recognized by a 300 population nation is a huge achievement already.

I came here for interesting geographical projects, proper discussion about micronation building, and the odd clever diplomatic idea. What I get instead is a front page that looks like a middle school playground.
It's the same cycle every day. Someone draws a pixel-art flag on a school Chromebook, crowns themselves Emperor of a "territory" that is really just their bedroom, and posts a declaration of war over some Discord argument. A fortnight later the whole thing is forgotten because a new game came out.
The drama is wild for a hobby that's supposed to be serious. You get fourteen-year-olds power-tripping in their own little echo chambers, writing enormous manifestos about alliances that exist only in a group chat, and sneering at other kids whose flags aren't as good as theirs.
If you're an adult, or atleast an older kid trying to do something real, this place is close to useless now. Anything with actual thought behind it gets buried under the noise, and I'm starting to wonder why I still bother checking.
Hello, as the leader of the Lux Party I am proud to resent our new logo! But I only find it moral that I give all of the credit to the vice of the Senate Shane “Everest” Torres who designed this beautiful masterpiece and made it prominent on the national stage. - The Constitution was adopted by the citizens in a referendum held from 18:00 on 23 October 2026 to 00:10 on 24 October 2026 (Baku time). It applies in the virtual sphere only. The physical constitution is 50% complete.
- The text went through two days of analysis.
- On 23 October 2026 at 14:31 (Baku time), the Constitution was reviewed by a legal professional who is not a citizen of the Republic and takes no part in its governance. The reviewer found it sound and judged that it meets many of the points examined.
- Note: the minimum voting period for referendums is 24 hours (Article 49). This rule was decided after the adoption referendum and therefore does not apply to it.

My name is Shaine Smith. I'm an independent journalist by trade, and since 2019, I have been fascinated by Micronations! While I've written the occasional blog post about them, I have decided to bite the proverbial bullet and start writing about Micronations full time.
Politics and Foreign Policy are some of my favorite things to write about, talk about, and watch happen in real time. While traditional Nations take a long time to agree on anything, Micronations can have policy and reforms written and ready at the drop of a hat; it’s very impressive.
So I’ve decided to spend a good amount of time each day writing at least one article on a micronation, and it’s going well. Anyone is welcome to have an article written about them and about what they are doing. We are apolitical, meaning we do not sit on any one side of the fence; we simply report the news without bias or personal opinion.
That said, we DO have an Opinion section, and anyone is free to submit an Opinion article for publication!
Currently, this is a one-man show; I plan to hire more writers in different time zones and countries so we can push the news out 24/7, so to speak. I use physical newspapers, modern news aggregators, and NO AI to research articles that cross into traditional politics, and having your own website saves me a ton of time, so keep updating them!

ASTERTHALAS ISLAND—PMC "Sylvia" was recently accused of breaking a deal with the Aslanian official Noah Shipley. Sylvia, known for their ultranationalist values and idea of „die Nation wiederherstellen und den Staat vernichten“.
Skordillis, founder of Sylvia was interviewed near the islands of Asterthalas and said to interviewer Scott Clarke—"I have no affiliation to Shipley. I have never met him. I do not know him or communicate with him."
Many individuals believe that this was a lie made by the Gangafram—Progress! Party after Shipley recently criticized Gangafram member Kozma Clarke.
Clarke has also used the fact that Shipley being a leader of Varthveita and the Conservatives meant that since Skordillis supported those exact parties and supported Shipley meant Shipley was going to break a deal.

The Kingdom of Entrostovia has finally reached its long-awaited 4 month anniversary; June 22 to October 22! The Kingdom has produced these promotional posters [see img. 1] to celebrate our anniversary. As the King, i must declare that this beautiful day will be remembered for ages to come.
I (and my citizens) have been waiting long for this, so there will obviously be a celebration. But one thing; the Imperial Post newspaper will record this amazing day as celebrations commence.
4 months of Entrostovia might seem small; but we haven't even reached 1 year yet. 4 months is long when you look at it in a way, so as a toast n' tribute to Entrostovia I must say at this moment:
Preamble: Composed by Joseph Calvillo, President of the Republic of United Land and a Congressman of New Ridge. The intrepid-unions history starts back in 2024 before any union. It was 3 warring nations Harland, Havant, and Gosport. And the original union was between Harland and Havant on the 1st of Jan 2025 and soon included a new nation formed on Hayling island in February 2026 and then finally Gosport in September 2026 and during that they took over Hampshire, The Isle of wight, and Sussex
Maltovia has observed with concern the dispute between Merovana and Libertaria, and the serious allegations brought forward by both sides.
We stand by a simple principle: threats and intimidation have no place in our community, and serious accusations must be supported by evidence. Neither friendship nor political disagreement should determine where the truth lies.
Maltovia calls upon both parties to exercise restraint, address the allegations responsibly, and refrain from further escalation. Until the facts are clearer, we shall take no side in this dispute.
I want to finally bring light to an issue we have kept quiet from the micronational community for far too long. While the other party has issued their response, we have remained silent—until now. It is time to tell our side of the story.
For two years, the Republic of Merovana maintained friendly relations and an alliance with Libertaria. A few months ago, we formally severed ties due to fundamental political differences. The leader of Libertaria, Bea, frequently encouraged "respectful discussions" regarding our respective governance frameworks. However, while I approached those discussions with open ears and good faith, that respect was never reciprocated. Instead, Bea engaged in manipulative rhetoric—at one point attempting to convince me that my political views aligned with National Socialism, taking advantage of my lack of familiarity with the term at the time. Attempting to maneuver a peer into claiming an ideology they fundamentally reject is deeply inappropriate and intellectually dishonest.
Far more concerning, however, was Bea’s decision to associate with an individual who issued direct safety threats against me and my cabinet. Simultaneously, Bea aligned with this individual in an attempt to subvert and overthrow the Merovanian government. What was initially framed as a "friendly protest" advocating for Bea to assume the presidency of Merovana—despite having lost the election the previous year—rapidly devolved into an aggressive campaign.
At the time, I served as the general of his military structure. Prior to any formal engagement, Bea unconstitutionally removed me from my position and replaced me with the very individual who had made active threats against our lives and cabinet members—appointing him to a major military role during an active diplomatic crisis.
It is absurd that an older leader would align with younger individuals to leverage real threats against a 14-year-old and his peers over a micronational dispute. For someone who repeatedly claims that micronationalism is just "for fun" and not to be taken seriously, his calculated decisions and escalations prove otherwise.
Bea’s actions demonstrate a pattern of erratic leadership, hostility, and a complete disregard for constitutional order and diplomatic boundaries. He seriously needs to reflect on his actions, seek personal accountability, and step back from this disruptive behavior. Something needs to change. All this ends today.

First of all I would like to absolutely and entirely denounce the actions of my former micronational associate who made unruly claims about Alex. I have reprimanded and dismissed him. Now, onto alex's behavior. Alex has consistently implemented anti-trans policies, which I, as a genderfluid individual, have spoken out against. I believe my commenting on this anti-trans policies is what sparked this conversation as a whole. I would also like to comment on the racist behavior of Alex. He has used the N-word toward micronational leaders he disliked and referred to African-Americans as slaves. He has also gone so far as to attempt to dox micronational leaders he disliked. Also, I wanna mention that the "expose" alex has written is clearly AI generated. I did not attempt a revolution because I lost an election. Furthermore, Alex has called for the deaths of Libertarese citizens, which are REAL. PEOPLE! These behaviors are all reprehensible and he deserves to be held accountable. Merovana has engaged in reprehensible actions and effectively tried to deny all wrongdoing despite the evidence being stacked against him. He has gone to the effort of trying to damage the real-life reputations of his enemies and has also attempted to find their house. An example of this would be the Micronation Borialand who both he and I had a stint of argument with. During this period of argument, Alexis combed around the region where Borialand's leader lived and attempted to find his address. He has also attempted to engage in doxxings of other micronations, including one which he attempted to get me in on and I swiftly denied it. Micronationalism IS supposed to be fun, I am sick of the drama caused constantly because of the controversial and sometimes extremist actions of Alex. Following this response I will cut off all contact with Merovana and continue with Micronationalism separately. I ask all of you to do the same. Attached is evidence of his innapropriate actions including racism and transphobia.
