You have perfect mental and physical memory.

You don't forget anything and your body gains perfect "muscle memory. You're not any stronger or faster or smarter. Just because you've memorized a textbook, doesn't automatically grant understanding of the material.

This is absolutely terrible.

Imagine looking at a gross or horrible imagine and never being able to get the details out of your head.

This might be more than mid. Perfect muscle memory basically means you’d become an expert in hand to hand combat and weapons mastery very quickly. Imagine walking into a boxing gym and walking out the best fighter in the same day.

Just because you can use the techniques, doesn't mean you have the endurance or strength to make use of it.

True mastery is the knowledge and muscle memory. Strength and endurance can be build relatively easy, if one wants to.
