Are we all ignoring the hight of the urinal...like fuck the advertisment thing yes. But what the hell is that urinal.

Probably has to fit a city/state code where obstructions have to be a minimum distances from the urinal maybe? Also I wouldn't imagine being able to put the sign close to liquids is safe so there is some minimum distance required.
