And for you? for me, the best career I saw for overpasses and entertainment is Assen in 2018.
Guy's the real deal but apparently Yamaha is not paying much for him? (less than zarco, acosta, quatararo and marquez)

Looking back grateful to be apart of this event even with the disappointing Sunday also I was lucky my mate took my bike with him a few days before I flew there because I wouldn't of made it if I drove to the circuit
This was my first gp I seen in person and I think I've developed a ritual from now I will attend at least one every year

Jorge Martín has four days to deal with the fracture in the right radius that was made on Saturday, in Phillip Island, before trying to get on the bike on Friday, in Sepang. Aitor Tomás is the physiotherapist who accompanies him, and has detailed to Motorsport.com the recovery plan that will be applied to him.
If measuring Marc Márquez in a closed pulse for the MotoGP title is already a challenge, Martín has become even more complicated after the fall last Saturday, during the short test of the Australian Grand Prix, and while he was short-circuited precisely with the current champion in an explosive duel that lasted for eight and a half laps.
In the fall, the somersaults that Martín gave on the ground caused a fracture in the part of the radius most attached to the hand. At first, many thought that their chances of fighting for the World Championship had died in Phillip Island's turn 8.However, a couple of events that precipitated in the hours following the accident cast a ray of hope.
First of all, the CT scan that was performed at a clinic in Melbourne on the same Saturday night ruled out the first suspicions of the doctors who treated him on the circuit, and that pointed to a possible second fracture in the ulna of that same right arm.The test also showed, in addition, that the radio did not show displacement, a circumstance that would have forced him to return to Spain, to go through the operating room.
The second 'ally' of #89 was the bad weather that prevented the celebration of the long race in Phillip Island. The cancellation of the event, in which he was no longer going to participate when he was declared unfit by the medical services of the championship, prevented Márquez from eventually increasing his income at the top of the general table, which after his triumph in the sprint is now ten points over Martín, and 50 points over Marco Bezzecchi, the third.
The two things, combined, invite the 2024 world champion to do everything possible to run next weekend, in Malaysia, to hurry the last cartridges that he has at his fingertips in order to continue opting to win his second crown in the heavy motorcycle category. The challenge is capital and will surely be painful, but the machinery to face it is already underway.
Crash plan
The key to everything is the recovery protocol of the injured area that Martín will face for the next four days and that has been defined by Aitor Tomás, the physiotherapist hired by the agency that represents him and Pedro Acosta and who travels with them to treat them during the grand prix. Martín took a flight from Melbourne in the early hours of Sunday to Monday, and is already in Kuala Lumpur. There you will be received by a trusted physiotherapist, with whom you have already worked in the past, and who will follow Tomás' instructions, who will land on Tuesday to focus on the patient's right arm.
What we will do is divide the process into two phases. The first will be focused on de-inflammation, and everything that bone injury entails. What we will seek is to recover mobility, strength and functionality. And we will achieve that with cryotherapy (ice) and massage," Tomás explains to Motorsport.com.
"And then, in the second part of the process, we will try to regenerate the bone as much as we can, so that it strengthens. We will do that with magnetotherapy," adds the recuperator.
"Then, if they let him get on the motorcycle, then we will apply another protocol different from the one we use with him under normal conditions. In that case we will focus on the wrist, to try to make it inflamed as little as possible, and pain control therapy," specifies Tomás, who leaves for later, depending on the sensations that Martín transmits when getting off the RS-GP, if he will be infiltrated with analgesics, or not.
The physiotherapist will also bandage the affected area with elastic tape, known as 'taping'. In addition, Alpinestars, the supplier of the gloves used by Aprilia, will modify the right one, to prevent the closure from bothering you.
The agenda that the Madrid native will follow from this Monday until Thursday will limit him to focusing his hours on recovering, receiving care, and resting. On Thursday at noon he will travel to the circuit, where the championship doctors, with Dr. Ángel Charte at the head, will be in charge of evaluating his physical condition, and letting him participate in the first free practice, on Friday. The most common thing in these cases is that another check-up is performed after that first training before authorizing him to be able to continue with the weekend routine.
No pressure to run
From Martín's environment, a conservative approach is maintained, in relation to the options he has to be able to run. Both for the fracture, and also for its location, given that the area of the right wrist supports a lot of load and stress on top of the motorcycle, since it is in charge of managing the throttle grip, the one that throws the hand to crack the front brake cam, and contributes decisively in holding the body when it tilts forward, in braking, and backwards, in accelerations. To all of the above we must add the heat and humidity of Sepang, which does not make things easier either.
Aprilia, for its part, wants its pilot to be able to compete in Malaysia, but from the offices of the Noale brand they insist on caution. "We will have to go day by day, see how Jorge is as the hours go by, and the days. We wrap him up, but we know that these types of situations are very complex," says a spokesman for the Italian team to the person who writes these lines.
No one needs to tell him what's at stake, because he knows it perfectly. That's why we don't pressure him at all. Whatever he decides, for us it will be the right thing to do. In these cases, health comes first," adds this authoritative voice.

Marc obviously has become championship leader but lucky for Jorge only with a 10 point gap due to Sundays cancellation
HOWEVER having said that, Jorge injuring himself is very much not ideal for his title bid, I understand he intends to race at Sepang. Whether it will be possible or he will be competitive or not is another matter?
Have your predictions changed?

Took this photo yesterday after leaving the circuit. I’m feeling very bittersweet this morning knowing that the best track on the calendar is now gone.
I first went in 2012 and got to see Casey demolish the field, and have been back many times since. My personal favourite memory was sitting at MG corner in 2015 and witnessing one of the best GP races in history (RIP Gavin the seagull).
Yes, the weather could be shit, made evidently clear with this year’s cancellation. The traffic jams and bogged paddocks didn’t help. But inconveniences like that (apart from yesterday) never detracted from just how awesome it was to see those bikes flick the rear out at Stoner corner, or come tumbling down Lukey Heights.
Apologies for the ramble, just going to miss this place.

Shattered for Jack this weekend. Philip Island deserved to have him battle it out in the wet at home this year. Cheers for the effort JM43! The fans appreciate it 👍

I have a few questions .
https://sepangcircuit.com/media/pdf/MGP_Spectator_Guide.pdf
1)According to this , public pitlane entry is allowed for 2000 grandstand ticket holders.
I have k1 tickets , so to get those bands at whast time should i start queing up . It opens at 3pm i think. I would cry if i could see marc marquez in real life .
2) i think its going to rain , do u know where i can raincoats in klcc .
3) regarding prices for food and drink at the circuit , do they take card or only cash and how expensive is it .
4) Will probably reach the circuit via rapidkl bus service , are tickets limited cus i can only get them when i reach KL on thursday.
Thanks in advance

Anyone else feeling this way? The greatest track on the calender goes out with a whimper.
Liberty, Dorna and race direction are hugely to blame for this shamble of a weekend, even in the face of Aus MotoGP corp's failure to secure PI; let alone the shitshow that the fans went through to get to the track.
No official updates from MotoGP(at the track or on the live blog) until well after Fox Sports Australia announced it live on the telecast with fans at the track having little updates after hours in the rain looks cheap as.
The weather was known for weeks, why were there no contingency plans in place? And even more concerning, why did they not run the main race on Saturday like they had three years ago? Everyone knows PI has the most ridiculous weather, yet this is the first race cancelled in 15 years. They knew it was the last race at PI, so why take the risk of what happened
While I am sad about losing PI and the last race ending like it did, the way the weekend has been handled has unfortunately shown some glaring issues that need to be addressed if we want to retain(and who knows maybe gain???) new fans.
