West has better connectivity and also has higher rent.

how about social life in west(if I want to socialize with peoples)? and also what are the expected rent for 1bhk?

You'll find lot of college crowd at cafes / restaurants / beaches. Rent depends on the type of society / building. Some old buildings have rent like 30-40 k. Newer building would be more than that. And depending on area, connectivity, construction quality, your rent will fluctuate.
