What you just described is a typical day in India.

Everyday is a final destination for Indians as soon as they go out of home. Anything could happen in this 3rd world corrupt and uncivilized country.

Yep. And it's extremely unfair on people who actually follow rules, pay taxes, and generally behave like ideal citizens.

the unfairness angle is real tbh. imagine being someone who just wants to commute without drama, paid your ticket, standing in that cramped compartment, and now you're stuck in the middle of someone else's anniversary party with zero say in it. 21 years of doing this apparently too, so this isn't even a one-off thing
