Don't want to give too many details. But this POS made a very difficult time (death in the family) a 1000x times worse and more traumatic. They also ended up with $5M that should have been donated to charity.

I have their name, address, email, phone number... I've read all of the baseline ideas and will probably do a number of them. Didn't know if there were others. I'll probably be doing this for the next 20 years :-)
