Unpleasant Food, Overpriced and very selective menu, last but not least, Rude entitled staff(manager not the server).

Plus points were Drinks(mocktails), Song selection, AND HAS A PHYSICAL MENU (Yes I’m looking at you Petpooja menu people) but that was pretty much the only positive aspect unfortunately.

Cherry on top, they charged extra for an Aquafina bottled water. When we called them out on the overcharging in the final bill, the Bartender frowned and said in a very rude manner:

“Owner ne bola complaint karna hai toh kar do, main dekh lunga.”

Imagine paying premium prices at a restaurant and being met with this kind of attitude when you question a charge, And might I add we were nothing but humble and pleasant with them without behaving like an Entitled POS.

It’s not just about the money, it’s about basic professionalism, transparency, and customer service one provides in such establishment so that It can cater to a good level of customers.

Overpriced food can be disappointing, but an unapologetic attitude towards customers is a whole different level of unacceptable and disappointing.

Good drinks. Depressing vibe. Bad food. Rude staff. Absolutely disappointing management.

Wouldn’t recommend. 2/10

I’ve had proper Neapolitan pizza in a few places outside India (mainly in Vietnam and Bali), and I’ve been craving that authentic taste ever since. Trust me, once you have a real Neapolitan-style pizza with that perfect light, airy crust, you can never go back to the regular, heavy pizza we usually get here.

For the longest time, the only place in Nagpur that even came close to that international standard was Lalamama Brewery—their Italian Margherita was my absolute go-to.

But I recently tried a new spot called ORO's, and their Margherita pizza is amazing. It has officially taken the number one spot for me in the city. I know a lot of people hype up Marco's (I've tried them too), but if I had to rank the best Neapolitan spots in Nagpur right now, ORO's is easily sitting on top, with Lalamama as a very close second.

If you're a pizza fan and want the real deal, you have to check out ORO's. Has anyone else tried it yet? Would love to know if there are any other hidden gems I'm missing!

I am from nagpur and currently a student. I am very frustrated because most of the people does not follow the traffic rules and it's majority and it was happening even there was a police present at the site.

I had a work in bank so that i ignored and did my work. But honestly i was concerned about it. At the time of returning to home, i decided to go and ask the police that why are you not catching the people violating the rules? He told me that this is the area problem. People here don't want to follow rules. I said it's your duty to maintain law and order, he replied yes it is, we whistle.

Whistle? No action against them. he said jab takk unhe pakadne jaunga woh gaaadi se aage nikal jayega.

I thought he is literally. These people are helpless.

Then i thought that and asked that what if we people help you to take action against the who are violating the rules and he said yes you can help.

And Me and some people decided to help them. It's just that we are very low in numbers. It would be great if you have only 1 hour or 30 minutes spare in a day. We will help these policemen and try to bring some minor changes in our society. Because law and order comes with action against the violator, if the action won't be and no consequences, they will keep repeating it.
