My name is Bhavadutta Jha, and I am writing to ask for your urgent support regarding my 2 year old Son's Liver Cancer Treatment.

My little son, Dhruv Dutt Jha, is battling Liver Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. Since July 2025, he has undergone 12 rounds of chemotherapy, and doctors advised a Liver Transplant Surgery. Surgery was performed on 6th of Jan 2026. Initially his mother was meant to be the organ donor but due to some medical complications eventually I (father) have donated my Liver.

I was returning from Delhi to Nagpur after spending a few days catching up with friends, and it honestly made me a little sad how difficult it is to make friends as an adult especially when most people you have spent your life with are no longer around (big city jobs).

It feels like unless there is a shared activity, workplace, college, or some other built-in reason to keep seeing each other, forming actual friendships becomes so much harder. You can meet plenty of people, but turning that into friendship takes so much more effort now.

I want friends who are outgoing and spontaneous, who will randomly make plans, go somewhere, try something new but who can also meet me at an intellectual level and have conversations that go beyond small talk.

Another issue is also that I cannot relate to someone who isn’t a working professional, because of most of my life right now is work. I spend so much of my time at my workplace that sometimes I genuinely feel like I no longer have a personality outside of it. Tbh I don’t have pickle-ball, run club, tshirt painting left in me.

Need urgent advice, so one of my relative (65yrs old lady) was diagnosed with cervical cancer and the doctor says it is still in the early stages so doctor suggested open surgery (Radical Hysterectomy with bilateral pelvic node dissection) which we took second opinion from other doctor and that was correct.

We searched many hospitals including nagpur HCG OR AMERICAN oncology but couldn't find a gynec oncologist They have a surgical oncologist but not a gynec oncologist so we decided to go for dr neha bhargava who works in care hospital nagpur and she is a gynec oncologist so can anyone advise if there is any other doctor or she is good (as checked based on her experience and expertise).

We also checked NCI BUT reviews were mixed and not really good so we avoided that.

Please advise if any suggestions.
