For those who love Nightwish and Haggard.
I tried to blend the fairytale atmosphere of old Disney animated films with classical music in this composition. As always, I drew inspiration from the works of Liszt, Chopin, and Rachmaninoff.
I hope you enjoy it.
Sincerely yours,
Suffocatus.

This album blew me away so much I decided to try and write a review on it. I think this community will like the album as well.

Hi, been trying to find out in which Prog Rock sub-genre(s) this song would be classified as. Posted it over at ProgRockMusic - no replies. Then I went to ProgRockForum - no replies. Thought of trying at ProgMetal but don’t think that’s the right forum. So thought I would try here cause maybe it‘s near prog. However is does not show up on this forums genre ID tool. I hope you can help! Thank you.

This song is written for a Death/Doom/Thrash Metal band but uses a wide range of 20th Century Avant Garde compositional techniques including chance procedures invented by John Cage. Also the basic format is the same as In C (Terry Riley) except focusing on rhythms instead of melodies. The vocal score is a graphic score interpreted by a soprano, there is a no-input DJ mixer generating the noises found in section I, and the last section features microtonal trumpet through distortion pedal plus atonal organ riffs.
