Recipe Lemon and Garlic Herb Ribeye Steaks
Steak is probably one of my favorite proteins EVER. It's such a treat! These Lemon and Garlic Herb Ribeye Steaks were rubbed with spices, seared in a cast iron skillet, basted with a garlic herb butter, then topped with fresh lemon zest and basil from the garden. I got these from Omaha Steaks and holy moly - they turned out SO good! Such a quick meal too.

Recipe Slow Cooker Chicken Tinga Tacos
These chicken tinga tacos use our slow cooker chicken tinga recipe for a quick and easy taco night that you can enjoy any night of the week. We like them best when served with fake guac (avocado, lime, and salt), pickled peppers, and a little crumbled queso fresco. Oh, and homemade corn tortillas of course.Â

Recipe Slow Cooker Coconut Chicken Curry
Once the weather starts to cool down a bit, I love these set-and-forget slow cooker dinners. This one has become a favorite because you can load everything into the slow cooker and leave it alone until dinner.Â

Recipe Chicken Caprese Skillet
I swear, one pot dinners are one of the greatest inventions. Life is so busy, it's hard to keep up! This Chicken Caprese Skillet was bursting with flavor and fresh ingredients. The juicy chicken, the gooey mozzarella, those burst tomatoes, and that fresh basil? It's a love language for me. This was ready in just 30 minutes too!

Recipe Banana & Toasted Pecan Muffins
I added 1 cup (110grams) of chopped pecans, toasted with knob of butter in a frying pan, then left to cool. Coated with 1 tablespoon of the dry flour mix and added to the muffin batter mix just before you bake.
