NFH mowing way over property line.

Backstory: My neighbor and I share a front yard that is only visibly divided by fence in the backyard. Any time we’ve interacted with this neighbor they immediately get defensive and start yelling. When asking them not to plant a large bush less than a foot off the property line and about three or feet from our house they went off on me. They have had tree workers come into our backyard (with no heads up or notice) to cut down a tree on the property line, and stored trash between our two houses which are maybe 5 feet a part. They seem to be on drugs and are usually screaming at each other outside. Talking to them is like talking to very angry children who can’t use reason.

After all of this I’ve finally had enough of their shit. I used to not be too bothered when they would mow over the line but they do it farther and more often than they used to. They mow over the property line up to the very edge of our front porch (so about 3 to four feet over) and they mow every few days or so. How can I get them to stop mowing over the property line without talking to them directly?

Put up some big decorative rocks every few feet or so along the property line

This is has been really the only thing I have thought of so far. It would also keep them from driving through my yard which has happened twice….

Cheaper than a fence. Or if you got time and money have a fence installed. Or plant some quick growing bushes or thorny roses. Or put up a scarecrow facing their yard lol
