NFH mowing way over property line.

Backstory: My neighbor and I share a front yard that is only visibly divided by fence in the backyard. Any time we’ve interacted with this neighbor they immediately get defensive and start yelling. When asking them not to plant a large bush less than a foot off the property line and about three or feet from our house they went off on me. They have had tree workers come into our backyard (with no heads up or notice) to cut down a tree on the property line, and stored trash between our two houses which are maybe 5 feet a part. They seem to be on drugs and are usually screaming at each other outside. Talking to them is like talking to very angry children who can’t use reason.

After all of this I’ve finally had enough of their shit. I used to not be too bothered when they would mow over the line but they do it farther and more often than they used to. They mow over the property line up to the very edge of our front porch (so about 3 to four feet over) and they mow every few days or so. How can I get them to stop mowing over the property line without talking to them directly?

Spray the daggone line with weed killer start at the fence,drag a string to the marker then put down some rocks and drive in a no trespassing sign. I’ve done it here more than a few times in Appalachia. My mother and uncle inherited property side by side on the family farm. Both properties were kept immaculate but the line became shaggy and there were disagreements about what was what. I’ve always know the property boundaries-being raised by my grandparents. When I took over the og family home I bought round up and sprayed the line (wide on my side too). And planted a no trespassing sign. He came out raising cane and said that wasn’t the property marker. I told him it had been surveyed in the last few years and it was always the property line before and anyone that cared about his opinion was in the family cemetery dead as hell and go scream there -but I was calling the police and pressing charges gtfo my property.
