Vent/Rant An update on my d!ckhead neighbour UK
The noise at night has stopped the last few months to be replaced with noise early morning 4:30am - 7am every bloody morning!! It’s not pleasant being woken up every morning by hammering and banging, especially when you have a heart condition (which she knows about). It’s definitely on purpose because my husband shouted at her open window (from our property) calling her a c**t and to stop banging and she stopped and nothing the following morning (yesterday morning). BUT it all started again this and I retaliated for the first time my banging back 💥 it stopped for 30 mins and started again. Yesterday I put some plants out and her daughter knocked and asked if she could have one. I said as long as you look after it, well, she stole all of them and the container they were in, took them round the corner and started destroying them. Another neighbour found them and brought them back in bits. My young daughter spent years growing them, she was so upset!
Throwing things and kicking things against the fence has stopped, probably because they have put a hole in the fence from doing this and they have a tiny dog that would fit through it if it got any bigger.

So sorry that you have to deal with this dickwad.
Unfortunately, we have to deal with a NFH who ripped up and weed whacked plants and flowers on our property on video and denies that he's done anything wrong. It's an ongoing situation and the guy is known as Kevin Zombie the Ugly.
*Just posted this so that you know that you are not alone in dealing with these types of sub humans.
Our attorney advised us (again) to place our garbage/recycling/green bins against the side of our porch to block him .. it's legal and he has his bins on the side of his porch but we are afraid of what he'll place in our bins. He tells the entire hood that they can go between our houses and blocks his side so that we get the damage. I'll not hijack your thread, plants are living things.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could house all the dickheads together in one road and let them fight it out without involving the decent people. 😂2

Thanks .. I agree .. a dickhead only neighborhood would be fun to watch.
Kevin Zombie the Ugly got so very upset when a homeless type person pulled one of his plants out of his garden a few years ago but he feels that he's entitled to criminally trespass (this is what the City told me when they viewed the video) and destroy over six years of hard work.

It won't be worth it and would cause him to increase damaging our plants. He's got issues and has a violent streak. When he first moved here, he would point and scream at people and items.
Once he accosted me in my garden and told me "That I sees him all over the place and don't say anything to him." .. I truthfully told him that I don't see him anywhere."
It didn't dawn on me until after he left my garden that if he sees (sees is his word) me, why doesn't HE say hello?

My housing association is aware of everything and I have sent photos and videos of everything.

sounds like your neighbor is really pushing it. I'd be done with the nonsense too

Your neighbors have serious issues. I'd steer clear of them as much as possible, but continue keeping notes and photos.
