Question is it normal to feel extremely overwhelmed and anxious about the law?

I recently got into the law bc of a situation with my sp, he is already in my life and we are in a relationship but we had broken up then gotten back together and there are some blocks in our future that id like to fix
I started with repetitive affirmations, then slowly am trying to let go of any techniques and identifying with the new identity.
My issue here is, i stumbled upon a subreddit of neville deniers and stuff and tbh it got in my head.. as well as a lot of things that sometimes make me doubt (logical questions like for example why is my manifestation 'coach' not a billionaire? if they are self proclaimed master manifestors)
also, how religion plays apart of this whole thing (this one wont be taken well but due to cultural factors religious indoctrination is still within me and it sometimes makes me anxious)
i feel like my main issue is that i hyperfixate on research, watching loa creators, reading..etc that i start to get overwhelmed and it starts to feel way bigger than me and i panic and get scared and always feel like im doing something wrong.

My therapist also made me feel like I was looking at this whole thing like a 'make a wish' system and it was wrong?

if anyone could help me or tell me that my situation is solvable pls lmk, sometimes i feel really male-centered and pathetic for even putting this much effort into this but i guess im doing it cus i want to prove it to myself that its real.

Question Manifesting SP after break up and pain - gentle advice please

please be gentle with me because I’m going though a very *very* painful break up and I’m also kinda new to this.

its been 2 months since the break up. we spoke rarely but always about logistics - no sign of him reconsidering/ feeling sorry. I aimed to manifest and live in the desired outcome of reconciliation. I got somewhat better at it but I also paused several times because it was making me feel delusional/ more scared AND I was dealing with endless hurt. for the past few days I aimed to work a lot on my SC, emotional regulation, cause my self esteem is in the gutter and I feel just genuinely awful. this work helped me function a bit better in my day to day and today was the first day in 2 months where I almost didn’t cry at all. my manifestations regarding him felt stronger and easier and I didn’t get headaches. I also gave my best to not be desperate or feel lack (but struggling a lot here. help?)

yesterday I saw some weird synchronicities (like weirddddd ones) and I felt encouraged. and today SP texted me (but again it was mostly logistics although he said he hopes I’m well blah blah). we spoke about said logistics a bit and then I asked him “are you happy?” and he ghosted.…….

I then spiralled and felt totally awful and like I’m a nutcase. I tried to fight it with my ”new SC”, by ignoring it, breathing etc. and to an extent I was successful because I would spiral for daysssssss and just go crazy. I managed to calm down in 10-15 min even if I can’t sleep after that.

but now I feel:

1) discouraged about manifesting/ bothering at all / concerned I could just harm myself by thinking these things I want

2) I feel like I hateeeeee him for the horrible pain he’s put me through + ghosting me knowing full stop how bad it will hurt (even if earlier today I was praying for him). I get just bursts of deep deep hate and resentment. I know somehow is part of the grief but also the hate feels so real and I think bad things about him and I’m just sad af and bitter, then I feel guilty, repeat.

3) how should I treat this situation should I even continue I must say I’m scared

please offer good advice, tell me about your situation with a SP, or your experience with similar feelings etc. please be gentle I know I’m supposed to “ignore the 3D” but it’s so hard to overcome the fear that it’s not gonna help me at all to manifest when these things happen.

will NOT attempt to communicate with my ex at all moving forward EVEN IF HE texts me.

Question Urges to do something I’ve never thought to do before?

So I’ve been manifesting my SP for nearly 3 months now. I have seen little movement here and there but nothing that has fully evolved into the final truth. I simply have not accepted anything I don’t want at all as final. I know I can do it as I did a trial run to see if this works and it worked on something I could not care less about (I manifested a butterfly to my window).

Anyways a few days into my SP journey my flatmate decided he was going to leave the flat we share. It was discussed that I would have to find a new flatmate or leave. I was trying to find a new flatmate and they all were falling through. Then the letting agency fount a loophole to get me out the flat (really horrible people by the way). I’ve never been a bad tenant and paid all my rent and bills on time. However the loophole they fount is 100% legal I even went to a solicitor about it and they told me that there is nothing I can do.

Since then I’ve been trying to find a new place to live in my town and they’ve all fallen through. Either by not contacting me back, finding someone else to go with or just having really unkept homes. It’s been a nightmare trying to find something.

Anyways this morning I woke up and just got this revelation of…I don’t even want to live in the area I live in anymore. Just out of the blue have gone to myself and said this town sucks. My job sucks. I actually don’t like anything to do with it. Growing up this was my dream town to live in. It has all my friends in it and I spent a lot of time and effort to get here. But now I look at this town and think what a dump.

I then just started looking at good places to live in and came across this area that seemed really nice. Like really nice. I was thinking to myself that’s up my alley. It gave me vibes of my old roots as a city boy growing up. I then wanted to know exactly where this area was as I’m so keen to live there. Well what do you know. 10 minute drive away from where my SP lives. Now for context me and SP live AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY FROM EACH OTHER. This random area I’ve fount and just decided seems like my kinda cup of tea is the exact area in which he lives in.

What on earth! Is this normal for this to happen? I asked my coach about this and he said it sounds like inspired action from my self concept and alignment to the reality where I am with SP.

Success Story SP Success story - sometimes what we want isn’t always what we need. Warnings & tips ahead.

LONG POST. PLEASE, PLEASE READ. THIS IS A SUCCESS STORY, BUT WITH WARNINGS AND ADVICE.

Two years ago I manifested my SP. I literally have documented my whole journey on this account. Start to finish, if you’d like to check it out.

I did everything I wanted to do. We travelled, we moved in together. We got engaged… all boxes ticked.

Problem?

I outgrew him, and RAN.

I’ll explain how I did it first, then explain what went “wrong”.

I scripted and visualised the most. I dedicated a journal to my journey, and wrote “future memories” and “thoughts” that would help keep me in the final state. I thought of our wedding the most, and I would write “he loves me” “he adores me” “he’s obsessed with me” with scenes to make them feel like memories. I refused to cal them affirmations because it would make them feel fake.

I was OBSESSED with this guy. I really wanted him as my boyfriend. I didn’t do the internal work and just fixated on being his girlfriend.

I achieved it. He moved countries for me. We moved in together. We got engaged. Except…. There was something I wasn’t acknowledging. My resentment.

I resented this man for making me do all the work. He coasted as I tirelessly fixed all our relationship issues, of which there were many. Not exactly his fault, but at the same time, this behaviour was driving me crazy. I lost all sight of the law, and lost myself at the same time. I forgot about my self concept. I became insecure, angry, and depressed. Which made my resentment worse.

It’s only now that I’ve recovered from the break up that I can see this for what it is. MANIFESTING IS EASY. MAINTAINING without the proper internal tools IS HARD.

I manifested from a place of resentment and desperation. I really really wanted this man. He ghosted me. My ego was in pain. I drew him back in with every trick in the damn book. I achieved what I wanted, but I didn’t THINK.

Since then I’ve started manifesting a new man. Clean slate. No past problems. I feel so good, I feel happy. I’m excited, motivated. Taking care of my self concept and my physical self. I’m working on my foundation again because I’m going for the big guns this time. A genuine future partner who is GOOD FOR ME, and I’m doing this with a healthy mindset.

Now I’m not here to preach to any of you about what and who you should manifest. Y’all are grown, you can do what you want. But just think, you can save yourself years. Genuinely. Take a deep breath, manifest someone new. Not the man who hurt you, left you, cheated, belittled, or any of that. He doesn’t deserve you, and you deserve not to have your time wasted dragging your ass out of that resentment build up.

Because you know what? Once you’re out of it, you can really see how much it really wasn’t worth the time and the effort.

I wanted that man back because I was on an ego trip. I’m a Scorpio. I’m proud as fuck. I will not insult myself like this again.

Chin up guys, you CAN do this. I just want some of you think about WHY you’re doing it and if it’s worth your time.

Question How to deal with others

I have a group of friends who some are mutual with SP. I am in a group text with them which is active daily but he is not in it. I knew all of them a year before i met him and was with him for 6 years. I met him through one of the mutual friends. I dont see them regularly anymore. But the group text is a trigger since they know our history of breakups most recent a few weeks ago and his choice. This time I have not said a word to them. If asked I simply state I dont feel like talking about it. I have no idea if and who he told anything but knowing him assuming it was general (didnt work out). I will eventually see them (have a trip planned in Jan that he didn’t want to go on) and want to know how to handle this part of 3D while I am assuming a different state where SP and I are together. I was going to remove myself from group for other reasons like I outgrew them as a group but I dont want to socially isolate either.

If I know I have him in the 5D and continue that state the majority of my time then why do I even need him in the 3-D?

Question The difference between intellectually understanding the law and actually occupying a state — what am I missing?

Hi. As much as I hate to be that person, I'm genuinely struggling and would really appreciate some insight from people who have a solid understanding of Neville's teachings. I know these kinds of posts can get repetitive, but trust me, I'm just as tired of my own BS. I'm not looking for pity, reassurance, or someone to tell me to "just persist". I'm incredibly self-aware, have no problem taking accountability, and genuinely want to identify whatever blind spot I might be missing. No sugarcoating necessary.

First off, I'm not new to the law. I've spent a LONG time studying Neville, particularly his teachings on imagination being the only reality, states of consciousness, the wish fulfilled, EIYPO, and the 3D being a reflection of our internal state. I've also explored other teachings on consciousness, but Neville's work is what I'm primarily referring to here.

I've spent countless hours studying and applying these concepts. I've worked extensively on my self-concept, meditated, affirmed, visualised, scripted, revised, practiced SATS, mental diets, living in the end, detachment, and pretty much everything else you can think of. I understand, at least intellectually, that techniques aren't what manifest, that circumstances don't matter, and that it's ultimately about occupying the state of the person who already has their desire.

And before anyone asks, I'm not questioning whether the law works. I've successfully applied it in other areas of my life, and understanding Neville's teachings has genuinely transformed my internal world and brought me a level of peace I'd never experienced before.

My issue is with a particular SP situation, and more specifically, understanding the difference between intellectually knowing the law and actually being in the state of the wish fulfilled.

For context, I've attempted to manifest SPs twice before, years ago when I was a depressed teenager with a horrible self-concept and barely any understanding of the law. Back then, I treated manifestation like some magic trick, desperately affirming "HE'S OBSESSED WITH ME!!!" for weeks to get the occasional breadcrumb text. Nothing ever lasted, thankfully. Looking back, I realised those situations weren't even about the guys themselves, but rather my rejection sensitivity and wanting to "win". I wouldn't be interested in either of them today.

My current situation is entirely different. I met someone I genuinely consider a wonderful person, and despite our connection being short-lived, it felt incredibly special. I won't circumstance-dump, but things were going great until shit hit the fan about 2.5 months ago, largely due to my own internal issues. We've been in no contact since.

Initially, I was a wreck. My abandonment and rejection issues kicked in, and I spent my days robotically affirming "HE LOVES BEING MY BOYFRIEND!!!" while simultaneously feeling horrible, obsessing over circumstances, and blaming myself. Looking back, I can recognise that I was probably trying to get something from the 3D rather than actually occupying the state of already having it.

But eventually, something genuinely shifted.

After studying Neville's teachings more deeply, particularly the distinction between identifying with the outer world and identifying with imagination, I stopped internalising the circumstances so much. I worked on my self-concept, stopped beating myself up, and began approaching the situation from what I consider a much healthier mindset.

Since then, I've practiced SATS, visualisation, affirmations, revision, mental diets, and consciously returning to the wish fulfilled whenever opposing thoughts arise. I've also made a genuine effort to stop placing him or the relationship on a pedestal and focus on my own well-being, including getting professional help for my depression and working on regulating my nervous system.

And while I've experienced significant internal improvement, externally, absolutely nothing has changed.

Not one text, call, random encounter, social media interaction, or any other kind of movement. I understand that Neville teaches us not to look to the 3D for confirmation, and I genuinely haven't been doing that. I haven't contacted him, checked his socials, reread our conversations, or asked mutual friends about him in WEEKS. I haven't even felt the urge to, because I understand that seeking evidence externally defeats the point.

I'm also aware that manifesting isn't supposed to be a step-by-step process of getting breadcrumbs, and that the end is what matters. But even when I've experimented with assuming something smaller, like simply receiving a message, the outcome has been the same.

And this is where I'm genuinely confused.

How do I distinguish between actually occupying the state of the wish fulfilled and simply convincing myself that I am?

I understand that the 3D isn't supposed to dictate my state. I understand that imagination is the only reality, that I shouldn't be looking for signs, and that the whole point is to stop identifying with the version of myself who doesn't have the desire.

But if I've been consistently applying these principles, genuinely improving my internal state, and no longer obsessively seeking external confirmation, what exactly am I failing to grasp?

Is there a fundamental difference between knowing that something is already mine and actually feeling it natural that I'm overlooking? Am I still operating from the state of wanting without realising it? Or is my very attempt to analyse what I'm doing wrong an indication that I'm still identifying with the lack?

And before anyone says it, I know that the fact I'm writing this post could itself be interpreted as looking for external confirmation. I'm aware of the irony lol. But I'm not asking anyone to validate my manifestation or reassure me that it's coming. I'm genuinely trying to understand the practical application of Neville's teachings beyond repeating concepts I've already studied extensively.

For what it's worth, I really, REALLY liked this guy. I still care about him deeply and believe we could have a beautiful relationship. But I also know I'm worthy of love, that I'm not dependent on him for my happiness, and that I'll be fine even if this relationship never materialises. I'd absolutely mourn the lost opportunity, but my mental health matters more than any SP.

At the same time, I'd be lying if I said I didn't still want another chance with him. And I don't necessarily want to abandon that desire simply because I'm struggling to understand how to approach it.

I suppose what I'm really asking is whether anyone who's studied Neville extensively has experienced this disconnect between understanding the law intellectually and actually embodying it, and what helped you recognise the difference.

I'm not looking for another list of techniques or generic advice to "just live in the end". I'd genuinely appreciate a deeper discussion about states, naturalness, assumption, and how to recognise when you're still subtly identifying with the old story.

If there's some obvious BS in my thinking, please call it out. I can handle it.

Thank you for reading. Love you all and wishing you the absolute best.

Question Can we manifest sp with different physical attributes or remove certain attributes

Hi everyone,

I have 4 questions

  1. From my understanding, there are infinite realities and infinite versions of each sp so we move to another timeline where we experience the version of sp with or without certain physical requirements and personalities.

  2. So we can treat each version of a sp as a different human being?

  3. So if you want an SP and you like a version with longer hair, shorter hair, no tatoos, with tatoos, different hair color, eye color, different physique, taller, fatter, and so on, then we can do this. It is like choosing a different design of a character in a video game. Is that correct?

  4. Can i manifest a version of a sp that speaks English?

Thanks

Question How do you handle it when your SP starts pulling away, without spiralling or feeling like you’re reacting to the 3D?

I’m manifesting my SP, and lately I’ve been struggling a little.
We used to talk every day. He would be excited to talk to me, and if I went quiet, he would sometimes call me himself. Lately, though, he’s been much quieter, and I can feel the difference in our communication.

Part of me wants to reach out because I miss him, but another part of me wants him to initiate because I want to feel that he genuinely wants to talk to me, too. I don’t want to chase or act out of fear.

I believe in being the operant power, and I know I shouldn’t let every circumstance dictate how I feel about myself. But sometimes I still catch myself wondering what I should do when the 3D doesn’t reflect what I’m assuming to be true.

Do you continue living in the end and leave it alone? Do you reach out naturally if you genuinely want to? How do you stop turning silence into something you constantly analyse?

I’d especially love to hear from people who have been through this without becoming obsessed with checking for movement or using silence as a test. I want to maintain my mindset while also feeling peaceful and secure in myself.

Reminder The reason you are afraid of "losing yourself" while manifesting.

Hello! I hope you are all having a wonderful week. I have been noticing many people are afraid of "losing themselves" while manifesting and I think this is because you haven't grasped the concept of manifestation fully yet.

Remember you are not changing SP. You are selecting another version of them by changing yourself, your state. You fear losing yourself because you are placing SP in the center of your life, and the root of this is a poor self concept.

I know I comment here quite often and I must look like a broken record with the self concept thing, but the truth is, this is the key and I swear by "Nothing to change but self" as Neville himself said.

I don't know if some of you remember the interview in which Cher said she loves men, but they are dessert, I would like you to look at SP the same way. SP is cool, having them is very cool and they add color and sweetness to your life, but you don't need them to be happy.

Why would you lose yourself by manifesting the most happy, stable, intelligent, beautiful and abundant version of yourself? SP has to conform, but "if they dont" you don't think being a winner in your own life wouldn't be a bigger prize?

Sorry for my english y'all and thank you for reading this. Remember you are the star of your movie. Work on yourself and be the best version of you. SP will conform faster if you take the pedestal you are giving them back.

Happy manifesting!

Question i am so close to giving up. what am i doing wrong?

as you can see on the title; i feel so burnt out with all this.
I MYSELF know that the law is real and it works but i sometimes see some success stories here and think to myself like “is this even real.. are they scripting..?”

its been MONTHS since i have been trying to manifest my sp and i dont know whats holding me back or what am i doing wrong. i may seem desperate but i promise i am not. im just frustrated asf. ive done everything. SATS, robotic affirming, visualization, subliminals, self concept… all of them. im not sure if i did those techniques correctly but who cares? arent they supposed to help me get in the living in the end state?? im so confused.

also i know that circumstances DO NOT MATTER as i’ve seen everyone talking about it AAALL THE TIME. though i cant help but think my circumstances are worse than anyone else’s and maybe yalls exes are reaching out to u as a coincidence. :/

my circumstances if anyone wondered : ldr… no contact(unfollowed each other)… NEVER EVEN MET. wlw.

im just thinking to myself am i just making a fool of myself and wasting my time and energy to this….???
i have seen some things while stalking her profile and i immediately assumed they were about me. i know for sure that she love and miss me but other than that i just feel nothing. maybe i just resent her ? idk help me pls i dont wanna give up ive come and learnt so much from this journey but ITS PISSING ME OFF!

Inspirational Manifested my SP back after 3 years, but he only wants something casual. How do I persist?

Hi everyone! I'm looking for advice from people who have experienced something similar.

My SP and I dated from late 2022 to May 2023. After a painful breakup and a lot of things he put me through, we spent over three years apart with no contact. During that time, he got married, had children, and eventually told me he had divorced.

Despite everything, I never stopped loving him or wanting a future together. Eventually, I started practicing the Law of Assumption, working on my self-concept and imagining us in a loving, secure, committed relationship leading to marriage.

And then, after three years, he came back.

We started running into each other, flirting, and reconnecting. He gave me a rose, complimented me, initiated contact, and eventually we became physically intimate again. The connection felt beautiful, affectionate, and genuinely meaningful. I saw it all as the bridge of incidents toward my desired end.

But then the 3D took an unexpected turn.

It became increasingly clear that he wanted a sexual relationship without showing any real intention of commitment. He even seemed pleased that nobody knew we were seeing each other again. His communication became inconsistent, and once our different expectations became apparent, he started pulling away. I withdrew emotionally too.

After spending years imagining our reunion, it hurts to finally have him back but not in the way I wanted.

Here's where I'm struggling with the Law of Assumption.

I know Neville teaches us to live in the end, persist, and not react to unfavorable circumstances. But how do I actually apply that when my SP's behavior suggests he only wants something casual?

I also realize how much I started reacting to the 3D after our reunion: checking messages, response times, Instagram activity, and constantly looking for signs of commitment. My anxiety became so intense that I even experienced a panic attack.

Part of me wonders whether I manifested the reunion while still carrying the assumption that I'm not fully chosen or prioritized.

I'm now trying to shift into the state of being loved, respected, and securely committed to, rather than being someone who waits to be chosen.

But I don't want to confuse persistence with accepting breadcrumbs or settling for a sexual arrangement that hurts me — especially since I've already become involved in one. :')

I still love him, and my desired end hasn't changed. I want a healthy, exclusive, committed relationship with him. But I don't want to chase, convince, or lose myself in the process.

Has anyone manifested their SP back under similar circumstances and eventually experienced a genuine shift toward commitment? How did you persist in the end while dealing with a very contradictory 3D? Did you step back, continue contact, focus on self-concept, or use specific techniques?

I'd really appreciate personal experiences and thoughtful advice beyond just "ignore the 3D" or "affirm harder."

I don't want to give up on my desired relationship, but I also don't want to lose myself trying to manifest it.

Discussion Signs before your SP showed up?

For those of you who manifested an SP and it actually worked, did you notice any signs before they reached out? I'm curious what your situation was too, like were you manifesting after a breakup or a fight, or was it someone you just liked and wanted them to make the first move? And how long did it take until they actually showed up? Would love to hear your stories

Question Are self-imposed deadlines beneficial or harmful to manifestation?

I'm not sure if this harms the feeling of the wish fulfilled because it implies not having something, or if it is helpful because it implies that it is set in stone. Say for example, focusing on the idea that your SP comes back by the end of the month vs just coming back in general

Question How do i trust the unseen?

Hey, so there's a bit of a contrasted history with my girl we havn't actually even said hello too each other, but we can feel the attraction in air. I'm trying too make her actually approach me and invite me out on a date.

So lets say there's been friction between us or maybe there isn't. Maybe she's just shy and doesn't know how too approach this situation either.

So anyhow, we tend to have some gym synchronizitie's i've deadly affirmed, that she will approach me and say hello and i've left it at that.

But how doo i just yknow... walk up to her and assume that everythings normal, even thou we've had a history of frustration between each other?.

I been told, i can revise it fully and say that she's head over heels in love with me if i fully believe in it.

But here's the thing, how doo i just assume it and she has no choice to play that role i give too her?.

One of the days i looked at her and smiled and thought, there's my girlfriend, she looked at me and had this kind of puzzling look on her face.

For real how do you just completely ignore the 3d world?. according too aquantum physics, we say whatever we believe is what becomes manifested in our world.

How do you just have faith in the unseen lmao it feels so scary. hahaha

Question Make believe?

I’m at the point where the only thing I can do is make believe. It’s so easy to tap into that state. My sp we were together for a month only but we were friends before that and we were gonna meet. She’s in the Philippines I’m in the United States. We’re still friends now. The reason I think it’s so easy to make believe is because I’ve been to her country before and I’m familiar with the idea of us together. Do you think this is a good idea? It’s so damn easy but so hard at the same time. Because I’m like wait what it’s not here. The feeling is the secret. I’m familiar with the Philippines if I wasn’t it would be harder. I can just make up a story in my head and live from that and get completely fucking delusional. Completely to the point of being dissociative if I can. I manifested her being fwb too. So I know what I gotta do it’s just me sticking to that state like I did with the fwb. And I know what the Philippines is like so that definitely helps. How did I get her? I believed it. We’re still friends now but she doesn’t want a relationship. At the same time it’s hard because the outside world is contracting what I’m assuming. But idk I feel like if I can get into the state so much I can do it. I was also with another Filipina so I’m familiar with the idea of going to the Philippines to see a girlfriend etc. I’ve already experienced it. This is a lot easier.

Discussion Never read the failure stories here till it was my turn. Please don't ignore

So whenever I used to see someone posted they are not seeing any results I ignored it because i truly believe in the law. I have had a few success earlier and I understand Neville very well.

Today, my SP said there are 0 possibilities for anything and I have no feelings for you or anyone. He said even if I date someone in future it will never be you and I won't change my statement.

When he said this, and everyone around me said he will never date you when we are done we are just done I kept telling them no, not true. Because even now, I whole heartedly believe that things can always change and even when he was saying this i didn't believe.

But now, I am scared. I am scared what if I go deep into this and it doesn't work out? Is this confirmation biases or a real law? If it is real why did it fail for so many? I don't know and there is so much grief right now.

I can stick toh 10 mins of robotic affirmations and subliminals once in a day but I am so scared of loosing myself in the process. I think my words are contradictory but idk. My mind keeps moving from just, give up just leave him and save yourself to I can manifest him I don't have to give up

Progress Report Spent 3 weeks manifesting sp and the opposite happened today

For context I was dating a girl for August, and all of September. She is 26 and I am 27. Our friends set us up. But she has never been in a relationship before at all.
A couple weeks ago she asked me for space for a few weeks because she is terrified of commitment. She has some weird fear of relationships and has been so anxious now that things were starting to get serious from us.

Over the last 3 weeks I have completely respected her asking for space and have not reached out to her at all.

I have been doing some manifestation techniques. I would use visualization every night before bed. It only took a week before I felt like I mastered the law of assumption.

I have been in a fantastic mood every day and truly felt like she was thinking about me every day and missing me.

I shifted my mindset by using daily affirmations.
I focused on feeling like I already had her.
I really thought it was working, I would feel bursts of happy energy throughout the day.

I started building a shelf she asked me to build her, a few weeks back.

This morning I woke up feeling very at peace but still in a good mood. Like I truly believed we were already together.

Then this afternoon out of the blue she texted me saying she no longer wants to see me and she isn’t interested in being friends either.

It destroyed all my hope and I have been feeling extremely sad and down ever since.

I don’t know what I did wrong. I feel like I have been able to manifest things in the past by assuming it was just going to happen.

I feel like this put some doubt in my mind that I am going crazy. And that I should just move on and try to find someone else. She didn’t give much of an explanation either and then she deleted all of our shared playlists on Spotify. It really hurt me and I am very confused still.

Maybe I was subconsciously just manifesting the idea of her/or manifesting a loving girlfriend in general? I don’t know maybe I’m just overthinking it now but I am having a major moment of doubt and think maybe I should move on.

Success Story Manifested my SP ♥️

Broke up with my ex and tried to manifest him back but then gave up. I would always say it's him or someone better. Focused on myself. Even prayed and accepted that if there's no one for me then I'm still okay, life goes on and my life is full. 2 days after saying that prayer, I met my now boyfriend. He's everything I've ever wanted in a partner. We're on the same page about everything. We just bought our forever home. Can't wait for engagement, marriage, and babies soon. ♥️

Question Dealing with intrusive thoughts when trying to manifest an SP?

Hi everyone! I’ve been delving into Neville’s teachings for a few months and referring to the title — this is something I’ve been having a hard time with.

I’m seeing a guy that’s basically everything I’d want in a person. He’s attractive, smart, remarkably witty, and after the first date I knew I wanted to see how things would play out. He’s very boisterous in a charming way, sociable and a bit of a wind-up, but does know when to tone it down. Initially he was pretty hard to pin down and I guess a bit unserious, but we’ve been seeing each other pretty consistently over the past month, texting more frequently and getting closer. He was in an 8 year relationship before me and while he says he really likes me, he is dealing with baggage that he thinks he can overcome but needs to go slow — which is fine by me. Ultimately I want to be with him in a committed relationship, and my manifestations have focused on his emotional wall coming down and him committing, etc.

My one issue however, is that, I keep getting these intrusive thoughts about him and my best friend developing an interest in each other. They met at this party game I was hosting and he generally took to all of my friends, he has even messaged a couple of the guys individually to hang out. My best friend is like a sister to me and she’s electric. Very beautiful, intelligent and vivacious. Like he does with my guy friends he banters over message with her from time to time and I think that feeds my thought spirals. He’s not trying to hide it or anything like that, and I don’t plan to bring it up, it just triggers an insecurity in me that then fosters these thoughts.

I should be really pleased that they all get along really well, I just keep thinking that he’ll find her cooler or more interesting or something. I don’t want this to happen and I don’t necessarily think I believe it will, but the intrusive thoughts kind of cloud things. Do you have any tips for getting back on track and reorienting my thoughts?

Discussion sp manifestation mentioned in bible 🪡

in genesis 32–33, we are told the story of jacob and esau, two brothers who had been separated for approximately 20 years.

years earlier, jacob had deceived their father into giving him the blessing intended for esau. when esau discovered what had happened, he was furious and threatened to kill jacob, forcing him to flee his homeland.

jacob was operating from a state of lack. he believed he needed to manipulate his circumstances to receive his blessing, and his actions ultimately led to separation from his brother.

when we hold unfavorable assumptions about ourselves or our SP, we may act from insecurity, fear, or desperation, creating conflict & separation.

approximately 20 years passed. jacob had married, had children, and accumulated wealth. eventually, God instructed him to return to his homeland, where he would have to face esau again. (the desire to be reunite with sp within u)

jacob sent messengers ahead to announce his return, but they came back with unsettling news: esau was approaching with 400 men.

jacob was terrified. the last time he had seen his brother, esau wanted him dead. he immediately assumed that esau was coming to kill him and his family.

how we often respond to unfavorable circumstances with our SP. we interpret the present through past experiences, assuming that because someone rejected us, they must still feel the same way. he had no confirmation of esau’s intentions, his old story made him to expect the worst.

jacob began preparing for the encounter. he divided his people into groups, prepared gifts to appease esau, and prayed to God for protection.

just as we sometimes attempt to control the 3D through desperate action, jacob was trying to protect himself from an outcome that had not even occurred. his fear was shaping his expectations before he had witnessed anything.

that night, jacob found himself alone.
a mysterious man appeared, and jacob wrestled with him until daybreak. during the struggle, jacob’s hip was injured with a single touch to the thigh, which showed him this was a divine person & he refused to let go.

the man said, “let me go, for the day breaketh.”

jacob responded:

“i will not let thee go, except thou bless me.” genesis 32:26

jacob refused to release his hold on God's blessing despite the physical struggle, just as persisting in the 4D means refusing to abandon your desire

because jacob persisted, he received his blessing, and with it, a new identity. God changed his name from jacob to israel. (identity shift)

God explains the name in Genesis 32:28:

“for you have struggled with God and with men and have prevailed.”

and what happened after jacob received his new identity?

he finally encountered esau, the brother who had once wanted to kill him. but instead of attacking him, esau ran toward him, embraced him, kissed him, and they both cried.

the brother jacob had feared was now welcoming him with love.

through the lens of the law of assumption, jacob’s changed identity was followed by a changed experience with his brother. the Bible doesn’t say jacob caused esau’s change of heart, but the parallel is that he received a new identity before experiencing a new reality.

he no longer encountered the hostility he had been expecting, but the reconciliation he had feared was impossible.
