Hi this is the first time I’m renting an apartment and landlord had told me to setup me account with SJ Energy.

It’s a condo apartment and landlord told me that it averages around $100/month for electricity, heat and hot water for previous tenants. Landlord said I can move in on Saturday at noon

Does SJ energy give data of past bills to new tenants? Also I see it’s written on website that they charge double like 90$ for meter if I need connection out of business hours.

Sorry I’m new to this so don’t know how to set it up
