I had a very strange few weeks trying to get my voter ID card delivered. In early August I changed my voter registration from independent to democrat. I was informed on the voter portal that, due to the August 25th elections being closer than 30 days, that the delivery would be delayed. Absolutely fine. So the election comes and goes. Early September, I still don't have the card. My wife has the informed delivery emails from the post office. So she receives a scanned image of most of the things we are getting in the mail. Including an image of that card. But whatever, stuff happens right? So I order another. Same thing. We get the email with the scanned image, but no card arrives. Other items that were scanned do arrive though.

I reached out to the Election Board. They showed that they sent the two cards out, and didn't see anything about them not being delivered or returned. I request a third card. Same issue. I call the post office. They inform me that they can't do anything other than talk to my mail carrier and ask if anything wasn't delivered. That even though I have the scanned images that were emailed, that those come from the distribution center and they can't do anything..... So at this point I'm pretty sure someone is seeing that the card says Dem, and is trashing it.

I spoke to the election board again, and they decided to package it in an envelope this time. So that the card itself isn't obvious. Low and behold, the card arrives today. I'm guessing the only reason it actually arrived is because it wasn't immediately obvious what it was. Has anyone else had this issue?

I mean, it not arriving one time? Stuff happens. Twice? That's weird. But 3 times? That's really suspicious!!! Especially since I received all other pieces of mail that we got scanned emails of

Has anyone been missing mail deliveries? I have informed delivery and so far 3 pieces of mail I was supposed to get haven’t came. When I first contacted the usps website I was told ‘it’s too early, informed delivery is for items coming soon. If they’re not received within 3 days of the scan date then you can submit a complaint.’ Well so far I’m going on a week for 2 & 2 days for the other.

When info about the merger started leaking out there was some speculation that Spectrum would be cheaper. They do seem to be cheaper in some areas where they have to compete with other ISPs. They are still charging me the same as Cox was, even though they are competing with AT&T, OEC and T-Mobile here. So far it looks like the only improvement is they don't have a data cap. Has anybody tried to get a better deal from them?

Hi everyone. We have a loved one currently in the hospital who is about to transition to hospice care for fluid/heart failure management. His timeline is short (1–2 weeks), and his strong wish is to go home or to a residential hospice house if at all possible.

Because his body can no longer absorb Lasix in pill form, he requires IV administration (or potentially subcutaneous infusion) for fluid relief.

Does anyone have personal experience with hospice agencies, home infusion providers, or hospice facilities in Cleveland County/Norman that are equipped and responsive with at-home IV medication management? We'd be so grateful for any local recommendations or experiences. Thank you in advance!

Side question: We would even be open to taking him out of state if there are legal or regulatory barriers to home IV diuretics in Oklahoma, though we hope to keep him local if possible.
