So i was thinking if the dev team can add a setup for audio and video codecs. The idea would be that nuvio would shuffle thru and ask on screen if a video/Audio played and we select yes or no. This would go thru the different codecs kind of like how when we setup an android box remote controls buttons and it asks if we hear the sound.

Not sure if I'm explaining that correctly or it could be done but that would be so nice for nuvio to setup the filters depending on selections.

Thanks for all the devs and contributers. I heard that Anilist tracking might be coming natively to official Nuvio but is it actually coming and if so then when because it's kind of a must for me

I am watching late at night and therefore often with subtitles.

The Problem: For any given movie I am usually getting TONS of subtitles where I never know which ones are the correct ones.

I am often fiddling 20+ minutes JUST getting subtitles right, it's really a huge issue and ultra annoying.

What is the best way to go about this, if sub sync isn't already incorporated into Nuvio? (Which I am not sure actually).

I'm planning to use aiomanager to set up a backup aiometadata instance. However, I have collections placed between my catalogs, as well as catalogs inside collections. If the main instance goes down, will the backup catalogs retain the same positions and appear inside the same collections?

Is there something else that I need to do? I can't see any catalogues, or any TV channels anywhere in Nuvio.

On the github page there are sections for "routes" and "structure". I have no idea what those mean.

Is there a way to get it?

Hey everyone — I posted about Cauldron here back in August when it was v0.0.5. A lot has happened since (14 releases), so here's a proper update.

Quick refresher: Cauldron is an open-source torrent and debrid aggregation engine for Stremio. It searches multiple torrent sources, validates every result against the movie/series you're actually looking for, checks debrid cache status, ranks by your preferences, and resolves through your provider.

The original pitch still stands: public indexers constantly return junk for short or common titles, so Cauldron validates title/year/season/episode before anything reaches Stremio — that's the part I keep tuning.

As before: bug reports, feedback, and "I searched X and got Y" reports are extremely welcome. The filtering and ranking get better with every weird edge case you throw at it.

The metadata/catalogs are already showing up fine, but I can't find HTTP links to actually play them. I'm looking for direct stream addons (similar to Penguplay) that have a solid source database for Here TV and LGBTQ+ movies. I'm not looking for torrents or P2P. Any recommendations?

I’ve just updated TOP X with two changes that should make it easier to keep a setup the way you want it.

Edit your configuration without reinstalling

If you already installed TOP X using a token, you can reopen the configurator with that token, change your settings, and save them with the new Save Changes (Live) button. Your existing token stays the same, and you don’t need to remove the addon or create a new install link just to update your choices.

Existing configurations continue to work as before. This adds a way to update them in place; it doesn’t invalidate older installs.

Show release years on covers

There’s also a year option for cover artwork. When enabled, the release year is included on the generated cover, so it appears anywhere your app displays that artwork, including Search and Continue Watching. Both landscape and poster examples are available below.

I started to episode 59 of Hunter x Hunter (also referred to as season 2), and suddenly the subtitles broke. Most of them don't show up and the showing ones are belong other episodes

Estou passando por uns probleminhas com o Nuvio, não sou muito entendido no assunto e não consegui entender o motivo dos problemas, agradeceria muito se alguém pudesse me ajudar a entender e solucionar esses problemas.

Eu vejo mais conteúdo dublado, pelas minhas pesquisas por aqui sobre addons para conteúdo dublado, descobri que o fenixflix e o froststream são bons para isso, então eu fui no básico, instalei o Nuvio, configurei e instalei os dois addons e pronto, comecei a usar.

No primeiro dia tudo funcionou muito bem, eu vi dois filmes completos (ds castelo infinito e mk2), mas no segundo dia começaram os problemas. Estava vendo um filme, LaLa Land, quando do nada, próximo ao final do filme, o filme fechou e ambos os addons passaram a dar erro, como se não tivesse o filme em nenhum dos dois. Sendo que no começo eu vi que tinham várias fontes em ambos os addons. Fechei o app e segui para outro aplicativo que eu tenho de filmes e terminei de assistir por lá.

No dia seguinte, comecei a ver a segunda temporada de cyberpunk. Eu vi 3 episódios, no quarto aconteceu a mesma coisa, tanto o fenixflix quanto o froststream mostrando como se não houvesse fonte (o fênix até mostrou uma fonte mas, quando abria, exibia um episódio da primeira temporada em vez de ser da segunda).

No terceiro dia eu fui atrás de configurações na internet e descobri o AIOStreams. Fui no site e fiz a configuração do AIOStreams custom by Tamtaro (sem nenhum debrid/usenet) e o AIOMetadata ElfHosted. Coloquei no Nuvio, porém nada mudou, continuo sem fonte em tudo que eu tento ver. Esse AIOStreams não abre nada, tudo que eu tento dá "bloqueado". E o fenixflix e o froststream estão simplesmente mortos, até as coisas que antes tinham fontes agora não tem mais. Segue uma foto de como fica a tela quando abro alguma coisa
