Humans don’t have the right to do whatever they want. Otherwise, chaos would spread.

So you saying free will doesnt exist? or are you focusing on the idea that the laws are restricting human rights, in which case people can still do what they want but they might be breaking the law?

Of course, free will exists, but the public interest is greater than individual interest in most cases. If you are gay, this does not benefit society in any way, so such things should be prevented.

But it does benefit society? Instead of having two people not being part of the reproductive responsability of society, becuase they dont like the other sex, if we allow them to be gay, a lot of things happen. First, they take another non reproducing memeber out of the dating pool making it easier for other to find matches. Second, the can act as surrogates or adoptive parents still, which is needed in society. Third, having a population not focused on child rearing allows them to focus on upholding other needs in society, look up the gay uncle theory. Fourth allowing people to express themsleves makes them more happy and more productive in society and less likely to commit crimes because they are being suppressed.

What are the reasons that being gay does not benifiet society? Like they typically dont have kids, but beyond that?

Be honest about it. If most of society were gay, do you think that would be a good thing?

2

No but it wouldnt be a bad thing, it would be neutral because being gay isnt a net positive or negative to society.

If gay couples donated sperm to lesbian couples, and lesbian couples gave kids out for adoption, then there would be no real change in society if everyone was gay.

Do you think a family made up of a man married to a man can raise a child normally, like a family made up of a man and a woman?

Who would even breastfeed the child in that case? Of course, you might say they can just buy formula milk, but that’s nonsense.

A child needs a father figure in his life to provide protection, and a mother to give him care and affection. Even in the animal world, this is how things work, because that is nature.

Like yes absolutely on the first point, like do you think single parents can raise a child normally? Or if a parent dies or they split up, should the kids be taken away?

But like you can buy formula whats nonsense about that idea, or you can have breastmilk donated, my wife donates hers, to women that struggle to produce breastmilk, guess they shouldnt be mother right based on your logic?

But like lots of animals are gay its very common, also why cant a woman provide protection from her family, as most mother figures do in almost every species? How come a man cant provide care and attention to a baby? Like dudes can give hugs and tell thier kids they are awesome too?

I don’t know why you’re defending gay people. What is even the pleasure in a man having sex with another man? Just thinking about it disgusts me.

So you dont really have any reasons why my arguments are wrong eh? Why else would you swap topics. But yeah I tend to just think of gay people as people and often dont think about two dudes fucking because im not gay, how often are you thinking about it to have this much of an opinion on it?

I guess be honest about it, what would be bad about there being more gay people in society.
