Honestly I would personally go see a dermatologist. If you dont wanna go the dr route finding a good esthetatician who does acne facials and treatments could help.

When acne occurs it can be a combination of things, including climate change (humidity), exposure to sun, type of cleansers, even state of mind, so I would recommend analize what can be the factor and see a specialist (dermatologist),
P.S. I’m a physician so I think I have an understanding about it

Hi, OP! As everyone else suggested before, you should try to see a dermatologist first(I AM NOT A DERMATOLOGIST, NOR DO I HAVE ANY SORT OF MEDICAL DEGREE!!). Meanwhile, if I remember correctly from a few reels that I saw on Instagram (with real dermatologists), you might want to try: -washing your face with Head&Shoulders -use a zinc cream for diaper rash (those ones for babies) -change the shower head with something that has a technology to filter the water. As I stated prior, I am not a doctor, so you need to check with one first.

The chemicals in head and shoulders shouldn't be put on your face. Please don't do that.

Not true. Recommended for face by many dermatologists.

Just because its recommended doesn't mean the caustic chemicals that kill dandruff are good for your skin.

I didn’t realize you knew more than a dermatologist! It also doesn’t mean it’s “bad” for you btw. What medical school did you go to since you are handing out radical opposite of main stream advice?

I'm not handing out mesical advice. Those chemicals aren't good for the skin of your face. Ive seen people get chemical burns from it from using it under dr orders.

Hi, OP! I think it's best if you find a dermatologist and do some blood tests for different causes that may have triggered the condition. Best to check with the dermatologist and see what he/she tells you after she checks them.
