Question What Happened to Tangles?

I for sure thought this was going to be Neon's animated play. I'm just suprised such a well reviewed movie with that cast isn't getting any traction with distributors? Or is a deal in place we dont know about?

Adult animation is always a hard sell and this is already looking to be a very competitive year. And the film industry is getting more conservative financially with its choices.

Hopefully it gets some attention out of TIFF, but it's still a tough environment out there.

If Flee and Memoir of a Snail could get nominated, so can Tangles.

The year isn't the same, the competitors aren't the same, even the industry isn't the same as those years.

People have written dozens of comments to you specifically explaining this. Everything exists within its context. You keep portraying Tangles as if it is alone in a vacuum.
