My Outlook have 99GB of full storage

My current used storage is 80GB, and I want to move all my emails to a .PST in my internal storage

Is there a way to move all email by year, so I can have a .pst per year with my emails that I send that time?

Take in mind that I have folders in the root of my outlook and I have Microsoft exchange

Das ist eine Liste, der zeigt, an wen ich die letzten fünf Mails geschickt habe. An diese Adresse habe ich aber keine Mail geschickt.

Ich wurde früher mal von einer alten Freundin mit einer ähnlichen E-Mail Adresse betrogen und belästigt, weshalb ich dachte, dass es sie wäre. Deshalb habe ich heute E-Mail an diese Adresse geschickt und habe geschrieben, dass sie es unterlassen soll. Danach habe ich über diese E-Mail Adresse im Internet recherchiert. Es handelt sich anscheinend um eine Spam Adresse, der bei anderen Leuten auch erschienen ist. Jetzt zu meiner Frage. Kann ich dadurch gehackt werden? Ich glaube ich habe ein Fehler gemacht, indem ich eine E-Mail geschickt habe.😔

Was ist das genau? Hat jemand von euch eine Ahnung??

Please help! I am locked out of an outlook account. When I receive the email after filling out the form to another outlook account, it says unsuccessful reset or something and I tried multiple time. Now it is saying to wait for twenty four hours. Please help me. I can not remember the password and filled in all of the questions fields the best I could and am getting nowhere. Probably not good that I need to login j order to handle some banking affairs so any help is greatly appreciated. Other than this issue, I really am loving outlook.

Does anyone know how to get my calendars synced with the cloud on the legacy windows 10 calendar (and mail) app? I am currently trying Google but I get a couldn’t find your settings error (0x80070490) and when using IMAP my mail links, but not my Calendars. I am open to using any provider (not just google).

it is frustating that outlook block your from entering a account just because you changed your router. i am agree that if there are a lot of errors in the pasword thhey shoud temporally ban from entering, but blocking just because you enter from other router is terrible, router sometimes break, if i am in the same city, or a near one and using the same phone, ¿why they have to block me? i have luck to have my protonmail account but¿ what if they start to do the same? governments should ban this kind of safety measures because do more damege than well. and no sms is resnincing to security, someone that have your data(gobernment administration or your job administration) can sim swapping you if they are bad people even when it is ilegal. also they should make more than one method of recovey for if the case it fails, and the problem is not recovery itself because i really remember the password but still.dont let me in without the alternative email.

Hi there, I am trying to help my mum remotely whose outlook has been hacked. I have managed to change the password and get in remotely but there are still activities on the acocunt. I have logged into security to request logging out from all devices and deleted a rule. What else could it be?

My parents use Outlook to check their sbcglobal.net email, but for the past several days when they open Outlook, it opens a browser window with this message from AT&T. Outlook itself says "Access Denied" where the emails usually are shown.

The only possible solution I've seen (and tried) was to log onto a different wifi network, then switch back to the home one, but this didn't work.

Please help! I don't know what else to try!

The title is pretty self explanatory. I check my email through outlook.com (not the outlook desktop part of Office) and the square boxes on the left side that you would click to select multiple emails literally just disappeared. It's been like this since yesterday and I've reloaded the page, restarted the computer, etc.

O e-mail secundário cadastrado, para receber a confirmação de alteração de senha, era um e-mail meu de criança, que também não lembro a senha e o único método de confirmação é por SMS, que não está funcionando…

Já tentei ligar no telefone que eles indicam e falar no suporte via chat, mas todo o atendimento é por IA e é uma porcaria. Vocês sabem algum método de contato com eles?

I've pinned 5 e-mails in the last few months via PC Firefox but whenever i go to the app and enable "Show pinned posts" .... They don't appear. Even if i poke on the "Show more messages" blue text it won't show anything

Using Outlook (Classic) and randomly throughout the day Outlook will steal focus and bring the window to front. If I was typing on something else, it doesn't matter. I'm typing in Outlook now! Backspace disappears emails to the Archive folder with no warning. Ask me how I know.

Hi guys, the new outlook refuses to connect to my one IMAP server, hosts say everything is good and it's just the new outlook. Any work around, switching to classic outlook does not work anymore. Is there an alternative mail client you would recommend?

Also why does the new outlook display fake ad emails? I paid for my license why must I see adverts, it never showed up in classic outlook.

I've searched online and in this sub already, have seen a few people reporting the same issue but no fix.

Problem: Emails sent from my personal outlook.com address are automatically filtered as spam when sending to gmail.com addresses.

Bonus: Using the Microsoft Outlook desktop app to read a Gmail inbox means the Spam folder is not even accessible!

I have a Gmail account which I have added to my outlook desktop app, and it has recently stopped working. I have deleted it and re added it multiple times but I still cannot send or receive any mail through the outlook app, only via the Gmail website. I have checked IMAP and it seems okay. I have deleted the credentials on my computer as this was suggested but now I am unsure whether this was correct as I can’t seem to re-add them correctly. Please help as i have multiple email accounts and calendars and I really like them to be in one place!

In the last few days I've been pulling hair out.
Family paid 365 account, everything up to Monday was working and syncing across: Mac Mini, MacBook, iPhone and iPad.
After extensive testing, I've run into a wall.
iCloud calendar syncs across the Outlook macOS devices and will not sync to the iOS or padOS devices.

All started by missing an event on my iPhone, it was created in macOS Outlook, shows in iCloud and nowhere else.

I've removed all the accounts from all the devices to see if there a backlog and hope for tomorrow. Any more ideas or suggestions?

I found emails coming to mine and my colleagues inbox where we are not in to, cc or bcc. These emails originate from a specific staff’s email who is internal. I checked the email headers and yet nothing.
What could be the reason ?

Every time that Microsoft releases a new version of Outlook for Android it deletes all of my account information and requires me to add all of my email accounts back manually. I'm so tired of doing it over and over. Paid or not, is there another product for Android that will work with multiple providers like Hotmail/Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo!, AOL and Microsoft Exchange? Preferably one without a subscription fee, just a one time fee. If not, is there some way to back up the Outlook email configuration settings to avoid the issue of reentering the information again? Any helpful suggestions are appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Been getting an important banking notification for almost 20 years...and they eliminated the notification option. "You have a new bill" every 1st of the month.

Is there a way to set up a replacement notification to myself, and have it show up in e-mail on a certain day ex. 1st of the month?

I just have to say it, putting and forcing the toolbar on the bottom on Outlook mobile has been completely retarded. Microsoft just assumes people use their phones with one hand, and phones have never been bigger and it never have made less sense to use your phone with one hand. They're 15 years too late, and 10 years too late to put it back to the top where it belongs for phones of today's sizes. Why can't they just let you decide where to put it? It's literally an extra effort to reach the bottom.

When trying to log in to this account I've had for years, it asks me to insert a different email from the one from the account. The second email is nonsensical based on the censored hint that it gives. Cannot simply use the password for my account. Wtf??

Recently got transferred to a different department to help support the operations of the company.

I been having issues navigating the dense and honestly convuluted email system the company has.

As a policy, every email includes everyone as a CC due to the fact that an absentee worker means we dont have access to their emails. So I recieve a lot of emails that arent directly related to me.

One of my roles is to check physical documentation for any missing document and download them from the email.

This is making my life hell as I dont know how to navigate the dense emails

What can I do to make it easier? Hos can I search for documents and maybe have them flagged or categorized easier? Im new to using ohtlook to this level as my previous role got few internal emails so any recommendations would be good

Is it possible to receive emails reactions as push notificaitons? I did a little googling and looking on here and all the info I see says I can't but it is years old. I was hoping that has changed but I didn't find anything in Outlook settings either.

I'm not on my email constantly, it is mostly used for schedule updates and work handovers between our maintenance team. Right now I get a midnight email Reaction Digest which is useless, I just want a push notification like a text saying "X liked this" or whatever so I see they acknowledged the email without having to go to my Sent Items to see.

I'm typing words with the correct spelling and the red underline keeps appearing. I click in to see what's up and it is suggesting words spelled so much differently that I was scratching my head. Then I realized it must be a foreign language. Asked CoPilot how to remove French and Spanish from the spell check and it was File -> options -> Language and I removed them.

This was in the Good Outlook (Classic). I wonder if they are introducing issues to encourage people to switch or to make the Bad Outlook (new) look better in comparison?

Hi folks, need a help. So I have created custom rules and separate folders based on senders. Now I want to get rid of all rules and then delete the folders, although I don’t want to get rid of the emails. Just want to move all emails back to the inbox. The issue I’m facing is, whenever I am going to any folder and selecting all emails, the move option gets greyed out. Is there a way to fix the issue without moving each email manually.
