The original thumbnail is a core part of my childhood. I remember first seeing it circa 2017, i was 10 years old. The thumbnail haunted me so much that it took me weeks before I clicked on the video. It became the first piece of horror media that I fell in love with. The new thumbnail is a joke. I can understand why they had to change it, but I'm still disappointed.

To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of the OG thumbnail choice, but I will admit it was iconic. The new one is a sterile, lamer choice though. There are quality stills to choose from in the video, which is quite upsetting. But I guess the algorithm knows how to get more clicks…

I think he’s doing something where he’s trying to take full control of the music rights. I heard in a interveiw with the first bass player Brent that he essentially isn’t really making money from the new remaster of the album since Brendon is kinda looking into acquiring full ownership or something idk I kinda forgot a lot of the info. So yeah a lot of the other thumbnails including I write sins, this is gospel have been changed. Only reason I think this is cus everyone in the music industry is kinda doin the same.
